Default Alternative Hair Colors --> less $$$?

So, I currently have chin length choppy platinum blonde hair, with one side shaved like this:

I've been wanting to do the silver trend FOREVER, but now I'm worried it will affect my earnings. People compliment me a lot on my current hair (they love the shaved part). My customers vary, but a lot of my higher paying custies are older guys that think I'm gorgeous and love that I can converse about a lot of topics. A lot have also told me "I'm so glad you're not completely covered in tattoos like the other girls here!" (which, unfortunately, probly means I'm gonna have to wait to get that sleeve I've been wanting...lol).

Would this hair color negatively affect my earnings you think? I rock the alternative thing well, while still being classy. But idk..I don't wanna give off an old lady vibe, even though I look like I'm barely 21.

Silver may read as white blonde in your club lights anyways.
I'd talk to your colorist first and see how easy it is to tone out or whatever without destroying your hair in case it does cause an earnings dip. If it's something they can fix easily then go for it. If you'd be stuck with it for a while cause they can't undo it without frying you or whatever i would probably not do it personally.

The silver does look blonde in club lights, it won't matter.

I've had purple hair before and it looked brunette, so no earnings change. It really just matters how it looks in club lights, and you'd be surprised just how different colors look.

With your kind of look alternative hair colors may work to your advantage... i have a slightly more alternative look and I've found I make more when I have dark purple or pink ombres that are well done. They all do look dark under club lights too if anything

As a dude, I really don't care too much about your hair color, though for guys where color does matter, blonde is generally preferred. Love the undercut look though, sort of trashy yet sexy.

    Same! Confirm and consign! Lol

Last summer I even toned it a little grey-er wit 050 from wella brand color charm for the trend lol and it still read as blonde in club light, cuz the bleach is beneath the color or tone you choose

I had a purple pixie years ago and nobody even noticed. I wonder why?
