    Default Magnetic eyelashes

I was aimlessly wandering amazon as I often do and ran across these:
    https://www.amazon.com/Magnetic-Eyel...agnetic+lashes
    https://www.amazon.com/MAGNETIC-Eyel...ct_top?ie=UTF8

Has anyone actually tried them? NONE of them that I could find on any site have verified purchase reviews. What's good or bad about them? do they fall off easily or stay put? do they tend to look as nice as normal falsies or are they total garbage?

I haven't tried them but all of the youtube videos that I've watched about them seem like they're a pain in the ass with placing them correctly. However they might be worth a try if you're false eyelash challenged like me because the adhesive glue with false eyelashes pisses me off and can be hard to remove. I hate when you're super tired and want to just get the eye makeup off so you can go to sleep but the glue goop won't go away so you wake up the next morning with your eye glued semi shut.

I don't really have anything else to say, but I feel your pain. False eyelashes and I have love/hate.

I looked for a magnetic lashes thread and there was nothing on the first two pages of search results tagged as such when I posted. If a mod feels the need to move the thread into another, I won't be offended.

No, it's on page 2 here, the thread title is New Eyelash Thing.
I was talking about a mascara, but there's also posts about the lashes you mentioned
    I can't bump it & I can't link it from my phone
    If you're interested.
    Thanks

Walmart now has these ( in store) .
The price seemed a little steep, ( over $30), and they looked too thin.

You might want to wait a bit. All the drugstore chains will be carrying them soon. ^^ Yes, Ardell is the brand they will have, and for that price point.
The quality looks way better than the Walmart ones.

Now when I started to cope with the eyelash glue and I finally learned how to place my eyelashes correctly. Nope... I don't wanna try )) Seems like a pain in the ass lol.
Meanwhile, can someone help me with a link from Aliexpress with some faux mink lashes? I love the mink lashes, but I don't want to buy natural ones (no, I am not vegan, but I hate the idea of animal cruelty for beauty products).
I found something like this, but it says it's natural mink https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3pcs...ceBeautifyAB=2
But the price makes me doubt, tho... any oppinions?

The thing I've noticed about them is that they appear really, really straight in a lot of cases, and don't conform to your eye shape well. They also are difficult to apply, in part because of that straightness, in part because of the magnets. They seem really gimmicky to me, I'd rather go through the struggle of regular lashes, and I hate regular lashes because I just can't with them.

The Ardell ones are actually just one pair, there's a top and bottom half that connect together, sandwiching your real lashes.

So I ordered these directly from onetwolash before the cheap generic ones came out. I've never been able to master regular glue on false lashes so was so excited to try these. I got them and spent literally an entire day trying to get them on and master the process. They come in a nice magnetic case and are easy to store and re-use over and over, but I found the video instructions useless. You sandwich the real lash in between the two magnets.

I finally gave up and almost cried at spending $70 on something I can't even use. I hate returning things by mail but decided to get a refund. You have to contact them for the return and I got busy and totally forgot till the trial time ran out, was so angry at myself!

A few weeks later I decided I was determined to find a way to use the things and so spent time looking at tutorials on Youtube. Somehow I got the technique down by watching and boom! I had them on and they are GORGEOUS on me. I love it. I have heavily hooded eyelids and this is the only thing I've ever tried that gives me a cat-eye look.

Got a lot of compliments on my "beautiful eyes" when I went on SM. Now that I've practiced I can have them on in one try usually, sometimes two but it's so fast and easy for me now I'm glad I didn't give up. Might be easier for those who already are used to lashes. I do put on a tiny bit of mascara to the outer upper lashes before I place them to help them stick while I'm applying them but if you have normal lashes probably wont need that (my natural lashes are thin and sparse).

I bought a few pairs off of Wish for a dollar or so, and they're amazing! I trimmed a few pairs for my day job as a waitress, then have my night pair for actual work lol. They don't budge at all for me, and I tend to put them on after a wipe of mascara for even more definition. Just be careful when handling them because the magnets may come off and you'll have to use your fine motor skills to glue it back on.

Oh gosh, I don’t have fine motor skills. Lol. I got the from Walmart. I vote NO. Maybe cause I hardly have lashes from all the years of gluing on lashes.

I waited with bated breath for my local CVS to carry these.
They're a waste of time, and money.
Seven different YouTube tutorials later.......And I still couldn't get them to look right. * And neither could the make-up gurus on there.
I returned them yesterday. Damn it!!
