Mind Blowing Adult Industry Theft 15 Billion Annually? Google Covers it up?

Sorry, kind of on that Michael Moore trip lol, but you get the message :p Also please note, when I said "Can't take a video monetize it and expect to earn a living from it." What I meant was you can't take a single video and expect the monetization of it indefinitely and consistent content must be released to maintain a stream of money.

I'm not sure what he is complaining about in the video but he clearing doesn't understand SERPs and the Google Algorithm. Clearly the reason why Kendra James is not in the top spot for her own name plus 'strapon' for example is the number of links to any given site for that specific keyword. Has little to do with merchandising unless one proactively link builds.

Porn is like any digital media it can pirated and shared even if you try to block those efforts. How many times have you gone to the web for a torrent to your band, favorite movie or TV series? If there is a will there is a way.

Now does Google make it easy for artist to protect their digital rights? No but that's across the board and not some great porn conspiracy. Besides, the porn video belongs to the producer not to the performer. The performer got their money upfront for their one day shoot. Unless they are a top star nobody to my knowledge is collecting a royalty check because they don't belong to a union like SAG.

Agreeably I am by no means a master of SEO, and of coarse anybody who proclaims to be hasn't hit the realization of just how incredibly fast search engines adapt and change. One minute an exploit found within Google's algorithm could be immediately removed and worthless tomorrow. For example you said link build, well for quite awhile PBN's were an effective exploit being utilized across several different niches, now the trend of link building by SEO experts has veered away from creating PBNS for SEO and is back on the content quality game.

I understand just as much as everyone else that media and content is easily effected across the board, however specifically the adult industry has it bad beyond most. For one, you cannot monetize the traffic on Youtube for example, and the individuals stealing the content have all their servers in the Netherlands bypassing many obstacles normally in place to stop DMCA violations.
