I've been dancing for about 5 years and lately my knees and my lower back have been hurting a lot from dancing/walking in heels for several hours. because of this I can't run or exercise the way I'm used to. I have a good mattress and pillow especially made for spinal alignment and I eat a very healthy diet of mostly raw organic fruits and vegetable and some high quality fish, I take vitamins and fish oil supplements and I don't drink alcohol, but my body feels like an 80 year old's! does anyone have any recommendations on what to do?
