Default Slimming down fast for a photo shoot

My boy toy has a photo shoot coming up on Saturday. He started starving himself to shed some inches from his belly really fast but I told him this is not the right way to go about it. I put him on a special diet that combines the keto diet and the cabbage soup diet.

No carbs, no dairy. Low carb fruits and veggies every day, plenty of cabbage soup and he has a sweet potato every other day and a lean meat the rest of the days for dinner with the soup. Healthy fats as necessary.

The clock is ticking and he has had noticeable results so far but I am trying to find out if there is any way he can trim down even more between now and the day of his shoot in a healthy way. I think a hot bath and steaming in a sauna would help. I have never been in this predicament being a very petite woman so any advice is appreciated.

Yeah sauna time will help him drop water for sure.

Realistically he's not gonna be able to drop much more than water in that short of a time frame. When i've been in a surprise photo shoot without enough time to really prep i just contour my midsection and let the photographer take care of the rest.

I'm a pro bikini competitor. Besides my "peak week plan" I take XPel (follow the instructions, do not go overboard or use long term) before competitions and sometimes photo shoots.

As someone else here already mentioned, it will only be water weight he will be shedding in such a short amount of time. But...

Drinking a gallon of water a day will help shed water weight and bloating. A tan can make someone look slimmer. Self-tanner is more instant and healthier. Saunas are good as you mentioned. Making sure he gets a lot of fiber so he goes a lot. Emptying out the bowels alone can make a stomach look much flatter.

Xpel works. I second this. Only use for special occasions. Drink a lot of water.

Removing the extra water is going to be your best bet. Also, fiber to move any sitting food out. I would avoid foods that cause bloat the day before. Cabbage is one of the worst culprits.
