I am pro surgery and if I didn’t like my nose I would 100% get a rhinoplasty. I currently do fillers in my nose to make it more symmetrical. I also get lip fillers. I don’t see what the big deal is over lip fillers because they’re not very expensive and you can always get it dissolved if you don’t like it (although it hurts). Plus you only should do a little bit initially anyways so it won’t even make a huge difference.

I’ve had a BA and a hairline lowering procedure done in the beginning of this year. My forehead was huge before and now it’s average sized. I don’t really tell people about that surgery though because it sounds crazy lol but it really made a huge difference for me.

I don’t think I want anymore surgery but I will definitely keep up with the fillers. If you are subtle with them they can make a HUGE difference in your appearance. Everyone thinks I’m all natural (except in the chest lol).

Oh and I also want Invisalign! I would definitely get those rather than braces.

Nice. About how much did they cost? And do you get fitted by an orthodontist? I want to fix my teeth a bit as well. It’s been bothering me

How long did the fat transfer to your lips last? Where did they take the fat from? I've never heard of that procedure before, it's super interesting. I wish I had the balls to get work done.

Not sure if the fat transfer question is directed at me or someone else also had it done, but I did it like 5 years ago. It is still there except dummy me didn't stop smoking and now my lips are uneven. No one can really see this but me but I plan on getting it fixed and plumping them up a little more.

The fat was from my lipo. I did my back, flanks, stomach and arms (twice).

I just booked my fillers appointment for the 28th, two weeks feels like a looong time.
I feel like there's something "off" about my facial structure that contributes to a thin face and I've battled my whole adult life, maybe my receding chin I'm not sure, but I'll ask the surgeon when I see her.
Also wanna start retin a this year

Back in December I did this nonsurgical facelift thing thats supposed to tighten my face over time. The doctor also did lipo under my chin. SO glad I did the chin lipo it made a huge difference and so far I'm noticing a subtle change in my face but it's still a little early. I do notice my skin looks a lot smoother though.

I really dislike Obagi. I purchased an eye cream, and some other stuff, like 2 years ago and hated it. and now got their vitamin c set and hate it even more. but like the eye cream a little better now. overall my verdict is that it's a gimmick. i stick with whatever stuff i like from sephora once I'm done using the Obagi stuff.

Can anyone recommend any good surgeons for rhinoplasty in Las vegas, and also any reliable med spas in the same area for dark under eye circles/crows feet?

I'm 38 and got turned down to do Ultherapy for my cel phone neck and eyebrows. I wanted to do that instead of botox, but got convinced to Botox. Kinda regretted not getting a second opinion. First time doing botox and I'm already dreading the 6 period wait. My skin is getting hella oily from the botox and my forehead has this weird shine when it's not oily. I don't hate it but not loving it either. I feel like I look the same but with plastic looking skin now.

I'm gonna look into eyebrow thread lift instead if botox if none wants to do the Ultherapy on me. Dammit. So annoying.

I'm gonna get this microneedling with laser light for skin tightening in a few days.

^^^ if it's any consolation, I did an Ultherapy brow lift and saw no results. Definitely a waste of $ for me.

Do you know how many units were used in your forehead? I feel like sometimes when I see botoxed foreheads they look fine and then sometimes they have a definite 'botoxed' look, I'm wondering if it has to do with how many units are used? The look I'm talking about though involves witchy eyebrows, not the shininess you're dealing with.

I'll find out next week. I didn't ask, but saw 2 needles being used. I don't have those witchy eyebrows. Thank God. My eyebrows are already naturally high arched, so I was worried about that.

If you look on newbeauty.com, there's a Dr. directory. There's also a printed magazine, it comes out every 2 months.
Allure.com, & Allure magazine have a directory, sometimes it's for salons & stuff, but I've seen plastic surgeons mentioned in there too

I was thinking about trying botox but I'm scared of the eyebrow thing, so often what I see is that it's when the chicks with botoxed foreheads make expressions that their eyebrows get pulled up into the really high, pointy arches and I don't want that. I'm wondering if maybe the chicks who end up with the witchy brows have less botox which allows for that movement to happen and maybe it's women who have way more that can't move their brows at all that don't get the witch effect. I know some women tell their injectors that they still want to be able to move their brows and make expressions and some tell their injectors that they want to be completely frozen with zero movement.

I've been researching "laser stretch mark removal" as if I have the money to pay for it TODAY. But I'm not sure how well the procedure works. Has anyone gone to a doctor to have their stretch marks lightened? I'm okay with the fact that I will likely still have some left. But I want them dramatically reduced because it has been an insecurity of mine for 9 years. You can probably guess how old my eldest daughter is with that info.

I also want a breast lift/boob job because I'm going to return to vegetarianism and I lost 45 pounds the last time I did that. The bouncy volume in my breasts evaporated and they turned into pancakes that looked like half-filled bags of water in my bra. I want to be able to stay at a weight that makes me confident without watching the rest of me sag all the way to hell. I don't want to get too much work done so I'll probably have to get into the habit of doing squats to save my ass. Which is a real shame. I love my ass. But these stretch marks have got to go.

When my bf met me I was a whole vegan at 125lbs - and I had stretch marks so bad (from 3 pregnancies) that I still couldn't wear anything that showed my stomach. Looked like literal claw marks or something. I can't live like this anymore.

Only "work" I've had done are braces and whatever money my parents spent to make that happen has been well worth it. No one mentions any other feature as often as they mention my smile. So I'm ready to fix some more stuff, likely around August/September.

I am finishing my Invisalign treatment in September!! I payed $5000 for mine, they were only $500 more than the metal braces so I figured why not just invest in them. My teeth are straight, but they won’t do much for an overbite if you have one. TBH if I could go back I would just get the metal braces. More effective from what I’ve seen.

What makes you say that? I was thinking about getting my daughter Invisalign even though i had the metal ones. I figured they'd be less painful but i didn't know Invisalign might not be as good

And congrats to almost being done!
