Default I-Lipo Body Contouring or Coolsculpting?

Anyone have this done before or coolsculpting? I'm seriously considering either of these. I'm skinny everywhere except that stubborn lower belly area. I don't drink pop or alcohol, don't eat fast food or bread products but I can't seem to get rid of this crap. I don't want to hear,"Just do a bunch of crunches". I have diastasis recti and traditional ab exercises are a big no-no when you have this and can worsen it. I'm too skinny to qualify for liposuction surgery and I definitely don't want to gain weight just to be able to get it. Any of you lovely ladies out there have experience with this and the I-Lipo or Coolsculpting?

If I am not mistaken, diastasis recti can be surgically corrected.

Just go get liposuction rather than the non-surgical stuff. Best to do it in the winter time because you have to wear a girdle for the skin to adhere again & in the summer time that can be really hot & sweaty.

So I got cool sculpting because I could not afford to be out of work durring the recovery time of regular lipo.
I got my "love handles" done twice @$2,200 total and it did not work at all! Not even a tiny bit. I have heard that it really works for some people though so my advice would be to try to get a good deal on it if your thinking about trying it out because it may be a total waste of money and they don't give refunds of it doesn't work...

Wow, you really paid $2,200 for it? Never met anyone it did work on and it is all just hype. Otherwise everyone who lives in Alaska or Canada would be skinny come spring time. Go roll around in the snow for 30 minutes naked, how much skinnier do you think that will make you? LOL It is all a sham. Fat cells are not destroyed by cold.

Yes, the down time for lipo is about 6 weeks & a bit more expensive than $2000 but worth it. Or a person could just diet & work out hard which is cheaper & healthier in the long run.

Eventually you will gain the weight back from the fat taken out by Lipo only it will go somewhere else & you will look funny. Depending on how much is sucked out. And a bit of a tummy is no big deal, men really don't require for us to be physically perfect. They are just happy we will fuck them in the first place.

Yep, I don't think cool sculpting works at ALL. Just get regular lipo and make sure you work out and eat healthy afterwards. Sam is right^, the fat comes back in places where you did not get lipoed.

Actually one of my friends from high school has a fitness page on IG and she fixed hers through exercise. However, she had one baby. I have 2 friends that had twins and both required surgery.

As far as the comparison of real lipo vs. coolsculpting. Liposuction removes your actual fat cells. Your body contains a finite number of fat cells. These individual cells expand and shrink as we gain or lose weight. That is why, for someone like me, who had significant lipo on my stomach and flanks can get my "body back " AKA a tiny waist, easier than someone who has subcutaneous fat (beer belly) . I think traditional lipo with lipo cavitation for maintenance is a better bet.

From what I understand cool sculpting shrinks the fat cells, but you should really try to remove them if you want permanent change. One of my friends' Moms got lipo from the same surgeon as me like 20 years ago and her body is still banging, and she's about to be a grandma for the 4th time. So.... just my experience but I find it relevant.

I only have had one baby, too but I've been pregnant multiple times(miscarriages and with my last one I was a little over 3 months pregnant but looked more like 6 months). That was in early 2016 and my belly didn't shrink no matter how much I exercise. Thank you for sharing your experience. I will look into traditional lipo then.

You might want to look into a bikini tummy tuck, if that is the case. There's a lot of doctors here in Miami that do them pretty inexpensively.

Ohhh! Wow I was seriously thinking of Coolsculpting but not now. I have read online other places that very few say it works!

    Really!?
Well, I read New Beauty, (I take issues out of library, it's also online). They talk about surgery, lasers etc. & there's a Dr. directory in there too.
The latest issue, there's a bunch of 'before/afters' of mom makeovers, & other types of work done.
