    Default High-Contact in the VIP

I've heard this one before, but it seems like the guys expect a lot for their money in VIP in NYC. It's not nearly as bad as LA or parts of Florida. It gets exhausting to constantly redirect guys from wanting to finger me or want to take their wand out and have me make confetti come out of it.

I realize they pay a lot but the club takes as much as 3/4ths in addition to the nightly fee. It even makes sense to do a lot of floor dances sometimes, rather than VIP if one can manage to charge $40/song.

Is this a city-wide thing? Don't the guys realize they have other options that are more comfortable and more sanitary? Is the management complicit to the customer's demands? Will they fire dancers they know are not?

I dont think a club would fire a girl simply for not doing extras, however if a dancer refuses to or rarely sells rooms because of expectations of extras, the club might fire for low room sales because they want to be making their hefty cut.

Customers care zero about being sanitary. These are the same guys who constantly ask for bareback stuff from women who see god knows how many other strangers. They have no thoughts towards health or safety, just "dick is hard".

It's much worse in Detroit. I'm speaking from experience. It's not a city-wide thing. It's a country-wide and possibly worldwide thing. No, guys don't care that there are more sanitary things than trying to get bj, sex, anal, and whatever other sex act at strip clubs. I've worked at a high extra's club in Detroit where a dancer was knowingly infecting customers with HIV as revenge against men. Head in pants gets hard while head on shoulders quits functioning or something. Management can't fire a dancer for not doing extra's. If it's a high extra's club I suppose that they could fire you because of not making them as much money as the other girls are if they're doing extra's. But even then, I was a non-extra's dancer in a high extra's club and I didn't get fired. I quit.

@WendiStarr That bit about the HIV-positive dancer is crazy. But then again, if I had someone coerce themselves on me as some of these men are wont to do and get me sick, maybe I'd be angry too.

I hear horrible things about Detroit, but then again, at least the cost of living is lower.

That's pretty much the same thing at a club I use to work at. Some chic was fucking the guys raw while infected with HIV. not sure if she knew or not, but obviously didn't give a flying fuck. She died in the club, had a seizure on the main floor.

I've also seen BJ queens at work with mouth sores go straight to vip. Some even admitting they don't give a fuck infecting these men.

Disgusting. Yes, I'm judging wreckless behaviour.

You're not going to get fired for not doing extras but you may get fired if customers keep complaining and charging back and saying that you eluded to doing this or that in the back and didn't deliver aka what they call a ROB. SO just make sure you're very clear about what you're NOT doing in the back which admittedly is gonna be hard to get rooms with that kind of club culture.

How do you sell the dances? If there's something that keeps happening that you don't like, do you tell new customers up front that you don't do that? Do you tell them what they can do? I've had girls who are trying to sell me a dance say, "You can touch all this and my butt but you can't touch my pussy or slobber on me assuming you buy 3 dances or more. Any less than that and you have to sit on your hands."

I'm in Vegas, and I stay out of the VIP (Vegas is a rip off city for extras, btw, if OP is considering moving). I'm more of a fan of boob touching and aural stimulation.

I sold dances by being a great entertainer. I danced clean. Cause a few hundred dollars or in your case $20 isn't worth a ticket & getting arrested. There are plenty of under cover cops & raids at clubs do happen. What you have suggested broke the laws in Texas, Oklahoma & Arkansas.

Do you tell those girls how much getting arrested cost? how much bail will be? court fees? Fines? How long community service will be? What classes they will have to take & how much they will cost? Do you warn them that for such little money if caught they can be arrested for a Class D prostitution charge?

Extras as in breaking the law are a rip off to you. Funny! What do you consider to be a fair fee for committing a crime? How much is the going rate to have a record & having to register as a sex offender in some states? How much is the going rate in limiting the places you can rent from with a record?

Babe, have you ever been in a raid?

Let me tell you who gets tickets: strippers.

Let me tell you who doesn't: customers

Wendistar and SuperJa already said, this is not a citywide thing, this is everywhere, this is part of being a stripper. It is a risk vs reward conflict, you just have to decide what amount of risk you're willing to wager for what sort of reward.

Appearance + Personality + Skill (how good your dances are, what you offer customers) + Hustle + Presentation (manners, projection of intelligence, your outfits, your polish):

These make a stripper. Each accounts for 20%, if the traits you possess are all equal.

To be successful, if you have a poor score for "personality" and "presentation," you could make up for it with a much higher score for hustle.

If you score low in "skill" because you don't offer customers as much in dances as other girls at your club, you can still be very successful, in theory, if you make up the difference in other categories, like hustle and appearance.

I doubt they will fire you, because you're still another body to show up and pay house fees and tip outs every night, and we all know how much clubs just loooove taking their cut. Extras are too risky of a gamble for all the reasons Sam38g said. You will always have to deal with girls doing extras so it's better to learn to work around them now. Just keep in mind that appearance, sales skills, and charisma are a winning combination every single time. You can keep a guy hooked on you and spending money on you for years by dancing clean and selling a fantasy. Once that fantasy becomes reality, what incentive does this man have to keep seeing you? It's a short-sighted sales move.

And no, men are disgusting - these customers are more interested in finding a warm hole, not comfort or cleanliness.
