Default What to do when custie argues

So I went in for my audition at hoops and was asked to work that night!!! But today I was working and had given three dances for this guy, and had even said in between "okay that's one..that's two..." and when I said at the end that it had been 3 dances so that was $60 he got all mad and argued saying it was only two and he was only gonna pay for two. I tried arguing for a bit but it was clear he wasn't gonna budge, so I said "fine it was two that's 40" and got my money and left. What should I do next time something like this happens??

I've never danced but I would go get management ASAP!

Next time do like suggested and tell management and bouncers.

Rip off customers are handled in a number of ways
    1. The are led by bouncers to ATM and forced to withdraw the remaining balance they owe you
    2. Management may side with customer and tell you to get cash upfront next time
    3. They will be blacklisted from entering the club especially if they are known shit starters
    4. They will be roughly escorted out

Try to get cash upfront is your best option. Like try to sell longer times/rooms or whatever they call it there where pre-payment is norm before any dancing goes on.

    Luckily it was only 20

I always get the money upfront. It's better to try to sell in blocks or agree on a specific number of dances as opposed to asking for $20 every time a new song starts, which will break up the flow and kill the vibe. Thankfully you don't encounter rip off customers often. In the event that you do, get the bouncers involved. Chances are good that you'll get the money you're owed.

It depends on the club and how I think they're going to handle it.

At my current club I don't involve the manager or bouncer but if explaining to them how much they owe me doesn't work, I do threaten to call them over and settle the dispute. That scares most guys. If Im loosing time arguing with them over a small amount, I usually say "you know what, the twenty bucks won't make me or break me but clearly it's a big deal to you so keep it". I've had a lot of success with that because it makes them look broke. It's happened to me many times but rarely do I leave with less than what I was owed.

Hoops/Ricks/Vivid and both Sapphire clubs unfortunately have a two dance limit meaning they will not get your money from a customer for more than two dances meaning you need to get paid at least every two dances to avoid getting ripped off and/or getting into trouble with management. Good luck.
