I can tell you for being at this full-time since 2003 it's becoming a challenge to make the work exciting. when I started out I had no problem jumping out of bed and getting online, but after all these years the work has become a serious rerun.

it's basically same bat time, same bat channel.

So I am setting my schedule to be on more often. minimum 40 hours a week this is just cam shows, then once this is regular I can figure out the schedule for other elements of my business and income streams.

I am thinking I am up at 9am, Shower , Breakfast maybe go for a walk for my hot beverage then back in my place and start working. Since I am home all day. I am trying to give myself a mental break going outside then coming back home "to start work" Since my whole place is my "office" The only thing I've found to get that mental break is to leave my apartment and feel like I am walking into work.

I am wondering how the ones who are full-time do it. There is no cats and no kids so its all my time in the world and sometimes I am wondering what all of this is really about.

There is no rebellion anymore it's just work now.

Routine is crazy, I agree. I already have 7 years of camming and I start to feel the burnout, but exactly the freedom that money from camming are giving me, make me still stay excited when it comes about work.
In the same time, I just think that many people with other jobs are getting trough this every day, for less money.
Afterall, we are enteratiners... ugh! I sometimes try to change my hustle, change my outfits, my decor, try a new photoshoot, to make caming exciting again...
Usually it takes me 1 hour to get ready: make my coffee, take a shower, put make up, and get online.

First of all, could be great if you'd just limit some space in your home, only for work. I have exactly same feeling when i step in or out of my bedroom. My bedroom became a working space and I even have a bad time sleeping there. I prefer sleeping in the living room, on the extended couch.
I couldn't make my entire home a work place because i'd get nuts and i'd want to move out of there immediately )).

You are the only one who can set herself some limits between work and free time. I usually prefer to work first and then give my free time after. That way I feel... better ). I feel the freedom that camming gives me, knowing i have the money in the pocket and now i can relax, at the end of the day.

I can tell, I have a bf and friends so... here I don't know what advice to give to you, actually. Because definately my free time is about being with him, going out togheter, doing hobbies togheter, visiting our friends, etc.

Maybe other girls have better suggestions, lol.

I do the same thing long time ago. 40 hours / week minimum. I have burnout ages ago. Its not pleasant, but I dont think it s a big deal either. Just admit u are on burnout and u can do ur thing nice and relaxed.

So the question is " How long does it take you to get ready *first shift of the day*"? 10 mins for me in total. I dont think it worth to waste more time on getting ready. I dont make a big fuss about it. Just put on makeup what necessary ... and u ready to go. I log off like in every 2 hours, have a little break, fresh air, do something in the house, and refresh my makeup.

It s very important to leave the house as much as u can. Do gym, go shopping, meet friends , or whatever. Sitting in the house all the time, and focus just on work is fucking crazy, especially in these days. I feel like I need connection with the "outside " world more, than ever before.

Even if i have a shitty day on cam, I force myself to leave the house and forget all the shit, make myself feel like a "normal girl" again. Now, that takes more time, and trouble than getting ready.

I could get ready in 20 min, but it depends on my day. If I'm stiff it takes more time. If I watch ladies first and convince myself it's sucking then about an hour.
I try to break it up too. an hour or two and get off. But if I leave the house it's hours before I get on again.

I wake up at 7am & get to work by 10pm. I spend all day being a wife, mom & business owner. Then cam is an after thought I do after everything else is done. I’m available 24hrs a day for Skype and PSO though.

Usually 1-2 and a half hours. This includes breakfast, coffee, and makeup.
If I was particularly unmotivated and happened to sleep in my makeup.. 20 minutes to fix it, and an extra 10 for tea or coffee.

I don't mind my whole place being my work studio. I am just wondering after 10+ years of doing this what am I doing this for. Money is great but I know I want more.

It could a maturity thing happening where I need to grow and experience more then work and money. I am hoping with the changes that has happened with my place that I can give myself and the place the make over it needs.

Probably really need to make traveling more mandatory in my life. because I know whenever I went out of the country for a conference and coming back home I felt a new level of motivation for my lifestyle and my work.

I am thinking of joining a gym or at least some type of exercise class.

It got to the point where it felt like I Was just working to pay bills and die. and that created a level of anxiety. I definitely need to make sure I Enjoy my hobbies and adventures and also not feel guilty for wanting them or having them.

So it's going to be interesting to see what develops over the next few months.

I know I have the business part down, but I think I need to give the lifestyle side more attention.
