    Search Body wraps?

Has anyone tried body wraps? If so, what are your experiences with them? I know you're only losing water weight and it will come back, but do you notice a difference in your measurements? I'm going to be going back to my club for the first time in awhile and I'm thinking I might get a body wrap done the day of, but to me it would only be worth it if there are going to be visible changes that night.

Also, how quickly does your body return to it's normal state? If my measurements are going to return to normal the second I drink water and eat something, again I don't think it would be worth it.

Overall I'm in pretty good shape as is and I don't really have weight to lose (5'3, 108lbs). I eat clean and workout with a personal trainer 3x a week, but I want that extra confidence boost when I go back even if it only lasts a night - lol.

Weight DOES not change, skin does look better. If your audition at night you will be watery anyway.
One time wrap wouldn't change a thing. You need to do 10 days in a row to see the difference.
I did kelp wrap and deluted it with a green tea, added essensial oils of grapefruit I have noticed a big difference but in that time of month I usually look good anyway.

I think it would just affect water weight, & work temporarily?

I saw Kim Zolciak from the RHOA do one and looked like it actually worked really good! lol .Like one of the above ladies said, it may take multiple sessions... but I suppose it's worth a shot

Thanks for the answers! I think I'm going to try it myself and see what happens. I'm mostly looking for something that will quickly flush out any excess water weight! From the research I've done, there seems to be a lot of mixed reviews.

What about a natural direuretic (makes you pee)
I can't think of any natural ones rn, but any health store would know
The other kinds flush out vitamins, u don't want that

That could be a possibility! I've heard of flushes with epsom salt but that sounds like it would deplete your body of vitamins.

My sister did one of those "It Works" wraps before and it worked really well, but wore off after a few days. I have known other people who tried it and either said it didn't work or they weren't happy with the results, but I can attest to what I saw because I went with her when she did it.

burdock root is a natural diuretic. But still dont eat too salty and spicy.
I found a raw burdock root its tasty and crunchy.

I love body wraps for the cleansing effect and for my skin. I feel healthier and "refreshed" after a wrap but I've never noticed a difference in how my body looks.

You can also use this an alternative of amti cellulite massage or lymphatic drainage.

But always use a lotion or oil.
if you have spider veins dont do it.

Ooooh I've never seen something like this before! Does it actually work to get rid of cellulite?

yes it does help. but you have to oil yourself very well and see online the map of A lymphatic flow.
    and better read about it.
You should not do it between legs because skin is very gentle down there.
You also need to know how to apply that cup do not make it suck into your skin too much because it may leave a mark.
    check youtube or online.
But my biggest tip be gentle you are not made of rubber. veins are very delicate.
