Has anyone worked at Club E11even? I've searched other threads but most of them are out of date or inconclusive. I'm thinking of auditioning there soon.

I danced there when it was Goldrush, so.... a long time ago! I can give you a little bit of insight as far as the 24 hours thing or the clb being downtown if you're interested but I am not sure how helpful that would be to you.

Any info at all helps! I've never worked in a club that was open 24/7 and I've always thought Downtown Miami was a dicey area, so that's also a concern of mine although I hear it's undergoing gentrification and getting better. I've heard that there's huge potential for money there, but I wonder how the nightclub/concerts/cirque du soleil/restaurant/everything else comes into play? It sounds like a clusterfuck lol
I've also heard about whale rooms which are supposedly $5,000 champagne rooms and I'm intrigued by this concept

I have worked at much shittier clubs that had 10k skyboxes and girls sold them. When it was Goldrush it was hard to get started with the money but once it started flowing it was there. I made 700 one time in less than an hour, tipped out and went home. As far as where it is, people go; or used to go when the beach closed. If there was a big music conference in town, like say... in March the line was around the block at 5:45 a.m. I slept and got up early and got full makeup on at 4:30 and stayed until noon. The people were so messed up they didn't know what was going on.
I honestly don't know how much it has changed.. the downtown vibe can't be that different, but doesn't say much about the money. I don't recommend staying up all night and working that shift though

i know a bouncer there and have some friends who tried to get hired. general consensus: EXTREMELY hard to get hired, but i think you worked at deans gold so you should be good. they have 3 different people that have to all approve you to get hired. if one says no, it's a no. you cannot have any cellulite or stretch marks, but don't have to be super skinny.
the club is like a nightclub, which is something i don't like but it is extremely popular. but completely dead during dayshift.
i worked there when it was goldrush, too. now (besides the fact that i highly doubt i would get hired) it's just not my kind of club. but i do hear that girls bank.

I wonder how the whole nightclub factor affects the dancers. I hated working at Scarlett's because of the nightclub atmosphere they were trying to set, a lot of nights it felt like the dancers were just background scenery when the late night party crowd came in. If E11even in similar in that regard, it probably wouldn't be my scene either. I'm still working at DG but I feel like E11even's standards are higher

this club prefers thinner girls, but it is where the money is at and it is a rare clean club. Audition if you can!

Is it true that they want people with out of state licenses to come back and audition again? Because 2/3 guys said yes and then at the end I went up to the owner and was like ..”wait what why didn’t I not get hired” and he was like we want you to come back again it’s up to the bouncers. But he was like “come back, come back” like what the fuck does that mean?! I’ve never not been hired and over traveled all over.

That could be possible but I have never once heard of any club in South FL giving a damn about out of state IDs.

Does anyone know what the hiring managers are looking for? I've heard they are super selective, and all of the managers have to approve you.
I'm afraid of being rejected, which is why I haven't auditioned yet. I know a beautiful girl who auditioned twice and still did not get in. She thinks it might be because she has tattoos...
Should I get acrylics and my makeup professionally done for the audition? Thanks in advance.
i think great nails & makeup make us feel
really confident & always does the trick. good luck!
I am European with all documents, worked for years in upscale clubs but never worked in USA. Thinking to go there with a very hot friend. Anyone know if this may be a plus for getting hired? I am mature but looking late 20s.. Natural look.

I'm going to audition at E11even this week. If it's a no, Tootsies is my backup plan. Never worked at Tootsies and not crazy about the reputation, but with so many out-of-towners and the sheer quantity of people I think it would be easy to make bank doing dances, or doing rooms with naive tourists who don't know what happens in Miami clubs.

i think you will get hired at eleven, i see a lot of girls that currently work there at my daytime job and they are not cute, sorry. just extremely thin.
tootsies and eleven will be your busiest clubs at the moment though, for sure. and i think you're right you could make money based off of that.
I'm going to try Eleven again at the end of the month, it will be my 4th time trying to audition. It's literally the only club that I've auditioned to that I've been rejected, none the less on three other occassions.
I know a girl who danced there previously and is usually loved by all of the managers and she is going back to dance there and hopefully she will try to grandfather me in. *fingers crossed*
That place is a bitch to get in, they only hire you if all of the managers say yes to you. And for any reason that they don't like you or are having a bad day they won't hire you. I've had girls who I work with, that worked there previously, tell me that they were shocked that I didn't get in.
But I feel that it is one of the only good places to dance in Miami and I won't work down there unless if I am dancing at either Eleven or at their newly opened sister club Gold Rush. (Even though Eleven looks way more prominent and profitable to the point where customers have posted on their Yelp that they feel confused at the amount of $1's that are on the floor and uncomfortable with the amount of attention that the strippers get. Which is a problem that I'm trying to have, thank you.)

As for the qualifications on getting in,
1. I feel that you need to be thinner, but still be slim-thick. (Even though the last three times that I've auditioned there were these thin girls that auditioned with me and none of us got hired. And the dancers there weren't even that thin or sexy. One of them was even covered in cellulite (like worse than normal) and looked to be about 40 which confused me as to why I didn't get in)
2. I've been told to not focus on booty shaking or anything twerk related. Just flirt with them with your eyes, play with your hair, smile, etc.
3. Don't look extremely fake, with like a wig or anything. (I made that mistake)
4. Wear a cute top that is easy and sexy to take off because you will have to get topless to audition. (Like don't wear a bralette that you have to pull over your head)
5. Go at a dead time and day.
6. May the gods be with you.

I auditioned in July of 2016 and was turned down. I had shorter hair but wore a longer brunette wig to the audition bc clubs in other cities had made it pretty clear that long hair was a requirement. I am natural, curvy, slim-thick but at the time was more on the thick side due to not working for two months previously due to a torn ACL. I could have been in better shape and I am now (even though I'm not in the shape I'd like to be in still). I also have tattoos. I was focusing on trying to blend in with the other dancers by pretending management wasn't there during my audition (I guess a big no-no there). I figured if I tried too hard to impress them that would work against me so I did the opposite and just smiled and looked at customers who were there. Won't do that again! I also didn't know if they really wanted twerking or not so I was doing some light twerking and next time around I won't be doing THAT either. So basically I need to make eye contact with management and flirt, don't twerk at all, dance seductive, don't cake on make-up, and just keep trying lol! Still don't know how they feel about tattoos tho?
