You know, I was @ Menard's recently, I saw this plastic curved thingie, it was developed on Shark Tank, it's some kind of balance/twist/dance thing, I just briefly stopped to look @ it, it was $39.00
It looked interesting

The best cardio training equipment you can buy, is a $5 or $6 jump rope.

I'll be doing that^
I bought various fitness equipments, since I workout home. I've had multifunctional gym station, medicine balls, abs machine, jump rope, ankle weights, etc.
After all theese years I came to a conclusion. Best equipment for workout is :
a mat, a good pair of sneakers (to protect the joints if you do cardio),good sports bras and... dummbells.
And mayyybe a simple, cheap workout bench (something like this, it's useful for chest presses and various upper body workouts with dummbells) https://www.amazon.com/Marcy-Multi-P...=workout+bench .
So, overall, is not very expensive.
That's it. The medicine ball does same shit as dummbells, i haven't really use the ankle weights since i always follow workout programs on internet (fitnessblender, beachbody, etc) and they don't require something like that. I sold them.
And I had a multifunctional gym station that was occupying a lot of space in my house and i used it the first time i bought it, out of enhtusiasm). I ended up selling it too.
I had an eliptical bike. Again, sold it after a while.
I still have the jump rope, but is uncomfy to jump in the apartament (is not very big) and when I go in the park, i prefer to go with the bike or inline skates.
Another thing, very useful, that I am going to buy, since I live in an apartament building and I have neighbours underneath, is something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Interlocking-...kout+mat&psc=1 My space is tiny so I will only buy 4 pieces sets. It's enough.
I will put it on the rug and I won't have problems with my neighbours if i start jumping. My friend has something like that and is live saver for those who live in a condo!
