I have a customer that has been trying to get me to do a show by pouring liquid laundry detergent over my hair and body and rubbing it in? Is laundry detergent even safe for your hair or skin?
Has anyone ever had this request or done it? Thoughts?

Hey, that doesn't sound safe at all!!! If and only IF you think this show would be worthwhile ($$$$!), you could put shampoo into an old detergent bottle that's been washed out really, really well!

Orrr just body wash
Camming is fake. None of us are having 50 orgasms a day. We're artists making fantasies come true. So take that money. <3
Yea. If he would pay a lot, I would fake it. He dont know whatever thing u put into the bottle. But that $$ should be really a lot to worth it... to mess up myself and my room.

Real laundry detergent would dry out your skin and hair badly.

This reminds me of "baby powder man." Maybe he's still around.![]()
Didn't someone fulfill his request for clapping with baby powder?
It's kinda hard to be turned on when you know your internet, utilities, etc don't accept dicks as a form of payment!

Laundry detergent liquid is caustic and can cause skin reactions, itching, and in some cases burns. Don't risk your health and safety for some weirdo customer's request. I would go with the body wash idea as seashell suggested. At least body wash is made to be applied to the body.

This sounds like that guy that went around asking models to blend together a raw fish, latex house paint, honey, and a bunch of other sticky, weird shit and then massage it into their hair. The list of stuff was slightly different every time, but was always bizarre and included raw fish. I'm 99% convinced that the guy really just wanted models to ruin their hair so badly that they'd have to shave it off.
This seems like a similar motivation. Every time I get a bit of laundry detergent on my skin, it itches a little right away, so I think bad things would come of dumping a bunch of it all over yourself. Especially if laundry detergent isn't pH balanced for hair, it will really cause some hair damage, but you could also end up with skin rashes or something, too. Maybe try asking him for a few details like if there's a particular brand that is his favorite, or what aspect of the fantasy turns him on the most. This dude may really have a weird fetish, but I think there are also guys out there that get off on tricking us into harming ourselves on their behalf.
Also, even if this is just the "innocent" fantasy of a guy that really likes laundry detergent, I'd bet money that once he gets you covered in "detergent," he'll probably encourage you to touch yourself, which is definitely not ok! I'd bet even more money that he throws a tantrum if you refuse.

Also, I'm pretty sure some guys who request specific fetishes are looking for clip site/porn tube content. Make sure you're charging enough, have a watermarked cam feed, and don't use a site that allows chargebacks, if you end up doing it.
This is the kind of show I would only do on Skype, with IndieBill/LCMS/CamModelDirectory, where the customer can't complain for a refund, and you're going to get a good percentage of the money.

That's exactly the guy I thought of when I saw this! OP, laundry detergent is serious stuff. Just last night I tried to put on some clothes that (judging by the very strong smell of detergent) didn't get rinsed properly in the wash and I was itchy within seconds. Also keep in mind that if you do it over a towel or whatever, you'll have to either throw it out or wash it many, many times over to get all the detergent out. Not worth it. If he INSISTS, maybe do what the others suggested and use body wash but make sure it's unscented and/or for sensitive skin, as even having a lot of that on your dry skin for a while is probably going to irritate it. If you're going to go through the trouble, make sure he pays dearly for it, and don't get anything near any sensitive areas. Oh and definitely don't do this pay per min, this needs to be a Skype show or at least a block show.

use the myers detergent. it doesn't have all the chemicals.
