I am a bit confused as in are money paid by blockchain payments.
Less than 5% fees, no chargebacks.. It is interesting at the very least.

It's a nice concept, but until live-streaming platforms fix their coding so it can't be recorded or screenshotted (like Netflix on laptops) it's not going to solve the piracy issue. Everything will still be torrented and saved to the darknet's collection. I can appreciate trying to circumvent the system, but the status quo will still buy it out just like they have with all the other cryptocurrencies. The people trying to push Spankchain should look a bit more into the "know your customer" shit they're trying to pull with blockchains as it is. True cryptocurrency anonymity is a myth. And do we really need more of our harassers and stalkers evading the only means we have to protect ourselves, like IP addresses and credit card info? Not to mention the minors who can access with debit cards...
I'm not optimistic. The men in charge created this fucking mess, they won't save us from it.
Edit: Sorry if this post came across very negative. I invest in bitcoin, myself, but I've been noticing several slumping industries are trying to figure out new ways to monetize, which isn't bad, but with adult in particular, I still fail to see how it will benefit the average performer any more than what is currently offered. I've already been warned by a site I'm not allowed to share bitcoin wallets for customers who ask and would rather pay us using bitcoin since we'd be getting a bigger cut. There are just so many changes I feel need to happen before I can get excited about it. I'm looking forward to what other models have to say about it.

established crypto currency (litecoin, bitcoin, ethereum, etc.) doesn't allow for chargebacks either. also, most cryptos have a MUCH lower cash out % than 5% (1-2% in most cases max). I think having info on how to readily accept established crypto currency (eg how to set up, use, and cash out wallets) would be so much more useful than people adding steps to an already complex system. Also, only Ethereum?! whether we like it or not, bitcoin and bitcoin cash are king right now. the market cap on bitcoin is almost $100,000,000,000 MORE than ethereum's atm. it's value has also gone up from $392 to over $7300 in the past year (versus $11-290 in the past year on ethereum).
Is anyone actually working on this site?
I loathe tipping sites but need to expand and I really like their list of rules for guys which is super female and LGBT friendly.
I’ve been there since the closed beta started. I love the community and it’s nice to keep all of the tips. Very low traffic right now but it’s a good side site and they’ve been having weekly drawings for $100 worth of ETH if you cam at least 5 hours within the week.
If anyone is interested in getting started shoot me a pm and I’ll get you settled in. And I’m happy to answer any questions here or get the answer if I need to.
Yeah they have much different rules than sites that are governed by credit card companies. Eventually the only things not really allowed will be what is considered obscene in your locality.

I don't like that they negotiate with hackers - https://twitter.com/SpankChain/statu...33900001243136
It might have been a publicity stunt. If it was, it still bothers me that they would do that.

Spankchain puts a lot of emphasis on educating people that are new to crypto. I never knew so much about camming and crypto until I got on as a beta tester. It’s still in its infancy so there are questions I have like how to keep minors away if you’re trying to take crypto independently outside of a network site but apparently all exchanges require you to be 18 anyway. But in all countries? Not sure about that.
Ya right now payments are all in ETH. They will be transitioning to SPANK which you convert into BOOTY (a stable form of the spank token I believe) then that can be sold and converted into ETH and you can sell that to USD and cash out on your exchabgecor whatever you want to do.
In my experience the getting paid in SPANK just ads an extra step to getting USD but you can still get your money quickly any time you want. You can cash out you ETH/Spank from the site any time.
I'm going to send you a pm Juliette.
I really wanted to give them a try after William Shatner gave the site a bit of publicity, but it looks like they don't understand 2257 laws and that there needs to be records at a physical location. Their 2257 statement is incorrect as it doesn't list a physical address.
Me asking about it on twitter when they talked about the future possibility of putting IDs on the blockchain - https://twitter.com/naomi_court/stat...22424806801408
I don't want to put a lot of work into a site that might get shut down for not following the law, especially since they are cracking down on that stuff.

@naomi did you tell him the address was listed wrong? I haven’t seen that myself and didn’t see that in the tweets if it’s there i may have missed it. I’m sure he’d respond to you on that also. There are several Camgirls and adult biz folks as employees and advisors including Brenna. I’d be surprised if something as important and simple as that is being done illegally.
Yes (https://twitter.com/naomi_court/stat...60898310139904) I also mentioned it on the discord.
ETA: Paragraph (2) of subsection (e) shows where an address needs to be provided: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2257#
And here is SpankLive's 2257 statement: https://spankchain.com/2257-compliance.pdf

No response so far, but I’m sure the huge dip in crypto is a bit distracting.

I saw that Allie said in the Discord today they they had the address on there but when they had to turn everything back after the hack that it may have gotten removed and they are going to correct it ASAP.
Spank.live is closing until they decide how to rebuild it: https://camlandpodcast.com/spankchai...-october-2019/

I got that to. It didn't sound like they had any firm ETA of when or if really they would have the updated version running again.
Sadly I made a small amount of money on here and then got locked out of my account and no one could correct the issue so that $ just went down the toilet.

This seems to always happen with the sites that focus on bitcoin type currencies. I've spent time getting set up and uploading to 3 different ones in the past, 2 clip sites and one that focused on live cam. All three went under and all that damn time I spent was totally wasted. Seems like an awesome idea in concept but never seems to fly in the real world.
