Anyone know how it is there ?
Not just money wise , do the poles spin ? I know auditions are Tuesday, but are they picky or will they hire most people that come in ?
I sort of want to try

Bump.....
Bump, I'm curious, too.

The poles spin. The management is a headache. They hire alot based on your instagram following. Heard alot of things about management trying to pimp the girls.
So i actually worked there and they are very picky the main stage pole spins, they will ask you to promote on your social media everytime you work and they choose the days that you work. It's a "tier" program and it's hard to work up the tier to get better shifts if you aren't in with management it's all just a headache to be honest.

^ yep sounds like those asshat mngrs taking over that use to be door guys lol *eyeroll*

As soon as I hear pole spins I just nope right out.
I can't get used to a spinning fucking pole but all the poles in Los Angeles fucking spin like what why
All of this is correct, unfortunately the bullshit doesn't stop there. Now, in fairness, I have several friends who work there and do well and like it there. However, they've been there long enough that they are reliable and management knows them well. It is EXTREMELY competitive in there and they don't pay for pr since the girls essentially do that for them by spamming their instagram accounts with cg fliers. The girls with strong followings definitely get more love. At the very least, if you want to try it, make a private IG account. I have one I only give my customers that is private because I don't let dancing leak into my normal life.
The worst part of CG is that when they get new hires they won't let them work good days unless they are selling bottles/booths.
Focus is more on being assertive/aggressive and going to tables and just starting to dance. I've seen girls do well that way, and happens way more often than people going back for dances.
Also, some of the djs play the game where they won't put you on stage during primetime unless you grease their palms first. So it's a catch 22 for making good money there.
Aside from that jazz, if you're prepared to deal with it, beautiful club, beautiful girls(and once they get to know you and know you're not a dick they're super wonderful women <3) , open till 4 (liquor stops at 2). House mom was very sweet and always has nice outfits and accessories to sell.
Also, for any girls interested in trying it, there was no designated dancer parking when i was there so i had to find parking on La brea, which was sketch af at four am. I heard they have valet now but i believe it's 20-30 dollars. So check to see what's more cost effective for you. You might be better off lyfting over there or finding a nearby fixed rate lot that you can park at and walk over (please don't do this alone, if you can try to work out a carpool with other girls).
I hope this helps <3
