Default Can I get some information about these Vegas clubs?

Treasures, Sapphire, Little Darlings, Crazyhorse 3, Spearmint Rhino, and Palomino. Which of these are top tier, best of the best clubs? How are the house and tip out fees?

Based on everything I've read, the order I'd try: sapphire, crazy horse, spearmint rhino.

I think I've heard some good things about palomino... that it's a bit out of the way for tourists, but it gets business due to the nudity policy? I believe it's nude with alcohol, which could be worth checking out. But that's old info.

I have read that Spearmint Rhino is a chain to avoid because of the ridiculous fees. Is this true?

You will need several licenses & a sheriff's card. If you can pass the back ground check for the sheriff's card you can not work pretty much anywhere in Vegas including a strip club. Which will run you $350 to $500 for all of them & takes about 2 weeks.

There is money to be made at the clubs ya'll listed. I've had friends who've worked at all of them. Including Treasures, there is money to be made at all of them but it is cut throat at each club too. Got to be tough to survive in strip clubs in Vegas or even the night clubs too.

Vegas is NOT a nice town. Everyone there is there to hustle. There are many jobs that require 5 years residence. It is filled with con artist & ex-cons. It is built on tips & tipping well.

You get some guy who just won big money at the casino at all of them. Used to be you could tip the taxi driver to find out who pays him the most to bring them to their strip club but Uber spoiled that idea.

Any of them can have celebrities who come in & spend big money. My Bff got a $17,000 tip for CLEAN table dance because of a casino owner/celebrity wanted to date her. Since I've known her 20 something years, she don't do dirty dances or extras. She is a hell of a hustler & gorgeous.

Now, I don't know the house fees. Can tell you the higher it is the more likely you are to make the most money there. Higher end the club more celebrities and those who want to pretend to be high rollers like lawyers & doctors who go to Vegas 2 times a year & blow $50,000 in a weekend will be there.
While Crazy Horse has a customer base that is very loyal & you can still bank there.

Figuring out which one works for you may take a year.

It only takes one customer to make your night.
Vegas isn't what it used to be, when it was the only place you can gamble legally.
Look up Yelp reviews of the clubs there.

Treasures was ok. Its free to work day shift unless you choose to stay off stage ($50). The night fee with off stage is $110. You can stay the whole shift or leave after five min, its your choice.
Never worked at rhino bc they required a TAM card which i didn't end up getting.
Palomino is quite a drive from the strip but it's the only full nude full alcohol club in Vegas. They wouldn't even let me audition. Literally turned me away at the door, so i don't have much info on them.

house fees at rhino are the same as all the others. and i found treasures to be ghetto compared to sapphire/rhino/ch3. i've heard that little darlings and palomino can be good money but i wouldn't call them "top tier"

oh and don't get anything in your head about celebrities because they will be shuttled off to vip discreetly and paired off with girls who have been there longer than you.. before you even get a chance to know they came in. don't focus on that shit.

Sorry, my BFF was one of those gals & another was the head nightshift waitress for years at the Crazy Horse 2.

I did have fun reading all the yelp reviews of the strip clubs in Vegas last night.

lol it does happen at random sometimes, but it makes sense that a head waitress would score an awesome customer like that. i always noticed the same girls making crazy bank and they had been there for a few years (plus they were like ALWAYS there working every time i went in, which is kinda rare since the majority of strippers on any given shift are visiting)

I worked with a HOT blonde from Minneapolis who did so so at Rhino. I think hustle strength trumps beauty in that city. I know other girls who are based out of Vegas & they travel dance to get a break from the scene there. YMMV.....

Random question but does Vegas have any weird regulations? Like here in California we have to have our ass completely covered on the floor and we have to keep a certain distance between customers on stage. And there’s a certain way to receive money for lap dances or else it will fall under prostitution...

No rules like that. Some info here I think is kinda outdated. CH3 has a lot of pimps in it but it’s a beautiful club.

Vegas used to be cut throat before the recession but now I think the girls are nicer to each other. This exists a little at Rhino still, girls being bitches and stealing customers.

Hustle does go a long way but these clubs are full of the top girls from every club in America so if you’re a super Hustler but a guy can see all these beauties around him, he may pass on you.

I’ve travel danced at sapphire for about 5 years, I tip anyone who ever helps me out and I get called to VIP when celebs and black card holders come in the club. I went to the skybox with Floyd Mayweather’s entourage after he put down
Canello and that was a pretty fun night.

I’ve never met someone at a Vegas strip club who won a lot of money in the casino, and ive never in my life had one guy make my night. Most girls who dance in Vegas frequently will tell you that you’ll do A LOTTT of $20 table dances where you sell 1 or 2 to each customer with no chance of uselling, and a few VIPs in a typical night. It is quite physically exhausting.

There are a lot of drunk and coked out guys, and some dancers too. It’s not a safe town but you won’t be in danger if you stay on the strip and don’t get rides with anyone random, or customers.

A sheriff's Card is like $150 and biz license is $200.

Best clubs to me are Rhino and Sapp, treasures doesn’t get much traffic and Palomino is a place I personally wouldn’t work.

House fees start low ($30) and go up by the hour ($125), at 2 am they go back down. They are not higher at nicer clubs, pretty similar everywhere.

You can make a lot of money here or you can end up with less than you went with so dancer beware. It’s not for everyone.

Travel dancing rule of thumb: if you do very well at your home club you will do well anywhere you go. There are too many variables to predict what you’ll do in any given city at any given time though.

Best of luck and see you guys there soon!

Wow thanks for all this information! How come you wouldn’t work at Palomino? It’s actually first in my list. I’m thinking of getting a vanilla job as a bartender there and dancing elsewhere

@Snowmoney They turned you away at the door?!!!!!!

As a matter of fact, that is exactly what happened to me too.

    Weird....

The alcohol and nudity makes it unique. I'd think it could potentially be good because of that. Oh well, I guess I'll never know.

If I remember correctly, the guy at the door said they had enough girls and that it wouldn't be fair for them to let me audition with all the girls already there. This was after they made me come back after my initial inquiry. So I was there to audition twice, and was not allowed to.

    This was several years ago.

@zeroSugarMonster... Yup same here! I originally came to Vegas to work at palomino, even emailed them my photos to see if i was the type they're looking for. Spoke to someone regarding an audition the day of, then i show up an hour later and the bouncers told me they're not hiring. I called the club and spoke to the person i spoke to earlier saying that the bouncers won't let me audition even tho i already confirmed hrs ago that i could. She just said "well i guess we are not auditioning then" and hung up. I look exactly like the photos so I'm not sure what the issue was there.

Anyway im flying into Vegas tomorrow and was going to go back to treasures, but when i Google the club name it shows as permanently closed. Anyone know if this is true?

i don't trust someone who says a sherrifs card is that much... its like $30... its been a while for me but. ?

eta: oh yeah it is $45. my bad. but it's cheap- the license is what's expensive. there's also an extra charge to renew if you let it expire. at rhino you don't need one but they make you pay for an alcohol class and extra background check called scope. both cheaper than the license.

I got my sheriffs card three years ago and paid 45 for it. Business license is 200 every year.

You have to get fingerprinted and that’s the main cost your first time.

Helpful thread. I read in the club reviews that Sapphire only requires house fee but all of the rest of the dance money and VIP money is yours .. does anyone know if its (still) true?

Yes in a way. All 20$ dances are yours. The VIP money is yours too but the customer must purchase a certain amount of drinks or a bottle depending on the time/VIP room (the club keeps that).
