It's hard to pick one, since I, sometimes consume 1200, sometimes 1500.
But I voted 1500- 1600. That's my average, according to the MyfitnessPal app.
I am supposed to consume 1200 but.. eh...))).

Idk. I don't count calories because hell I have enough stuff to track...I assume as long as I don't exceed 1800-2000 then Im good.
Once I ate a honey bun....then flipped over to see the calories - a whopping 600! I was like damn thats 1/3 right there. Never again.



I'm doing a light bulk so I'm eating 2,500 cals now. I was eating 3,000 calories a day until I reached my goal weight of 130, I have a fast metabolism and I weight train so I have to eat a bit more.





Fuck. A LOT calories today.
I don't count, but try not to overdo
I try not to exceed 800.
I don't really keep track anymore. My guess would be around 1,500.
1200-1300 when I need to lose weight. 1500 to maintain the current weight.
I like being alone, I just don't like being lonely.

How on earth do you put away 3000 calories in a day? Do you use a mass gainer? I am trying to do a light bulk as well, gotta start somewhere. I have always been 98 lbs, sometimes more toned but stay the same weight wise. I must eat at least 2400 cal. a day to even have a chance. I noticed even while doing this I did not put on a single lb. I would really love some advice about this with someone who is a hardgainer and has a high metabolism.
I am looking for a mass gainer that has 700-1000 cal in it that I will drink post work out along with my meals. I have been unable to find one that doesn't have a lot of nasty ingredients in it as of now.



When I was exercising regularly I could not get past ~98lb no matter what either. I literally had to stop exercising to gain any weight. I was eating easily 3,000+ in junk, whatever I wanted really. It sucked though because my gains were minimal.
how many do i eat... probably less than 1000 most days. but that's not counting alcohol
a few weeks ago i saw this episode of "fat families"
and it was super depressing to see them pile up the donuts to show how many calories they are getting every week just from wine! (23 mins into the video).
i try to stick to vodka sodas but i love wine![]()


Besides calories products have other parameters such as ability to slow down or boost metabolism. If you don't eat enough -your metabolism slows down and you will regain weight much faster. It's not about calories, it's about quality of your nutrients. Your body needs a full array of vitamins to look good and be healthy, but calories itself will not do it. Speaking of wine -I love red wine, and it's actually good for you (in moderation), and actually boosts your metabolism!




Probably 1000-1200. I try and eat lots of GOOD quality fats, lots of protein, veggies, and limit sugar.
I really should eat more cause I'm u derweight but I actually get full easily eating walnuts, avocado, chicken, yogurt, and bone broth.
