Default Pole at home, how to protect wood floors?

Hello! I am finally getting an x-pole for home again, and this time instead of carpet I have (fake) hardwoods. Anyone have a pole at home and use something to protect the floors from stiletto marks? I am taking classes and going hard training to be a pole dance instructor... doing toe drags and heel clacking moves that would probably make me loose the deposit on this apartment if I wreck the floors...

Is there like an extra large floor protector that would typically go under an office chair? Other ideas?

    Thank you!!

Could you get a pole with a stage?
