Default NEED advice how to keep long time customer?

I have a customer that spends a lot of money on me for over a year and I'm planning on having a baby with my husband soon. What are some good explanations for my customer to explain why I won't be working for 7 months?

He doesnt know Im married and i made the customer sort of believe I like him as a boyfriend.

Tell him you’re going to visit family in another state for a few months. You don’t have to tell him about your family.

When do you plan on stopping working? When you're showing or like now? You can not tell him anything until you take off work and he contacts you to see you. Then, you can tell him you're doing the single mom thing, make him feel bad like you're going to be struggling or whatever, maybe he will support you through your pregnancy. My gf did that.

Pretend you're visiting your home country. It would make sense if you're traveling internationally that you'd be gone for so long. A lot more sense then if you were two towns away for 7 months.
Tell him youre family has some sort of thing that you need to help them sort and unexpectedly need to drop everything to travel there. Make it sound like a huge hassle to you so he gives you money for your trip. Say it might take anywhere from one month to about a year , bc if you say anything close to 9 months he might realize what's really up.

Yes, you're going to take care of a sick relative. ^ You could try to talk to him while you're "away" and maybe he'll help you with your bills.

^^ All good suggestions! I had a friend this year have to relocate to Poland for six months to deal with her grandfather's will in which they found the deed to property they'd lost to the Nazi's! She had to go back to post ads in all the local papers everyweek so anyone with a rival claim could come forward. She had to hire a lawyer it was a total headache and expensive. There are any number of reasons to be detained for a year in your home country.
