To stay fit and healthy, Sierra regularly trains in the gym -performing both cardio and weight training.
Usually, she trains with weights five times per week, doing cardio on three of those days.
Sierra’s workouts last between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on which body part she trains. When working on her legs and glutes, she may even stay as long as 120 minutes in the gym – making sure to make changes to her figure every time.
As for Sierra’s cardio sessions, they last between 15-30 minutes. Her preferred cardio methods are steady-state running on a treadmill or hiking outdoors.

I feel that the third image is manipulated. It doesn't look like the same ass that would be on the back of the girl in the first two pics.
She appears to have had her boobs done so it wouldn't be surprising that her butt had some help as well... Insta is full of girls claiming "it's just squats' so they can sell tea or whatever when it's also fat transfer and or/camera angles, lighting, and photoshop.
Just focus on getting the best version of your body rather than trying to look like somebody else. Even if you copied their exact diet and workouts, you would have different results because you aren't the same person.

Honestly, her ribcage is tiny which is what determines how small your waist can possibly get...her body is sick, but if her ribcage wasn't so small there would be a lot less of a contrast between waist and hips and she would have less of a wow factor if that makes sense.

You can use a corset regularly for a smaller waist but you can't build a butt without putting on some leg and thigh muscle.





It looks like genetics and a healthy lifestyle. Nothing magical there. Beautiful body.
I went to her Instagram she looks very different on each photo. she is only 5'6 tall, 32 C. On her pics she look tall and slim but on vid you can see her heavy legs. her ass looks fake and tits too.


This. Except I do 4 days of 40 min cardio and 6 days of weights... My work outs last at least 2 hrs minimum unless I'm tired then it takes a little longer but I still push myself... I went from 109 (which wasn't fat I guess but with my height it made me look a bit chubby lol) down to 97.. I have never fit a size 1 until I started this workout... And diet is a Huge part of weight loss. Also keep in mind she probably had a trainer. But if you really want to be fit like this persistence Is definitely key.




i'm very interested... the only time in my life I was really in good shape I ate ridiculously little and worked out 2 hours a day 6 times a week. But do you dance on top of that? My go to excuse to myself is: I need the energy for work, which is why I need to eat all this food/need to take it easy working out.
I think it depends. Some people are born (their genetics) with tiny frames and vice versa. I do believe one good indicator of health is ones BMI (body Mass Index) If you are above or below the recommended body mass index for your height and weight then Yes it is unhealthy - if not then no you just were built that way.
Also keep in mind - as a clothing manufacturer - your "sizes" can literally be whatever you want. For example, I can go create a brand of jeans with a 27 inch waist and call it a size 1 if I wanted. I know retailers such as Gap, Old Navy, etc - their size 1 is more like a fashion model size 4.

Im a size 0 in pants and I'm healthy. Blood work panels done, all that.
But if you have to spend your entire day working out to maintain a certain size (either bigger or smaller than your normal size) is that going to be feasible in the long run, long term?

I guess very little compared to now lol. but I made sure it was always at least 1200 and it was ultra healthy and clean. I looked and felt amazing but it was a commitment for sure. but the 2 hours working out could technically be considered comparable to us dancers working a shift with lots of lapdances or an athlete training. i don't know if i'm making sense here.

She has had surgery on her ass and tits. You should be asking who her doctor is? Because I want to know.
Other than surgery - lifestyle and genetics. If you want that body, you have to work and pay for it.
