Default Sexual Harassment/Assault in the Media and the Clubs

    Hi Ladies!

I haven't been dancing for almost two years, and I was curious to see if you all could share some insight on how things are these days (because I want to get back into it...I miss dancing so much). Have you seen a dip in earnings or traffic, with the unbelievable number of people in powerful roles being fired or forced to resign? Do you feel that customers are more hesitant with dances because of this? Is there anything else that you've noticed? I also want to state that I am so proud of the brave women who came forward and shared their stories - I feel a much-needed change coming!! Thank you all for your responses in advance!

no, i haven't seen the recent scandals make any difference when it comes to the club. other places? sure. but since most customers don't view us as real people they don't feel the need to walk on eggshells around us. i mean why would they... no one cares when a sex worker gets assaulted or raped because they think it's just our job. a stripper who reports being groped without consent will just be laughed at or ignored. nothing like the response to an actress reporting the same thing.. unfortunately. even though it's the same damn thing.

hopefully this changes one day but it's definitely still the way it is for us

hell, just last month i told my manager that a guy tried to forcefully finger me in a back room. i felt completely violated. all my manager said was that he believed me and wouldn't issue the guy a refund if he asked. and this is at a nice club. such is life.

If people fuck with me like that I threaten to call the cops. I don't even fuck with the managers. If they're like no, why, or they don't take me seriously, I say, do you not get that I'm a person who like all other people deserves not to be grabbed or poked or violated when I've repeatedly said no. Do you think strippers aren't citizens? That the cops won't come? Thus usually gets me a hefty tip but definitely ends the time together. It's a last resort for customers who've exhausted me whose money I no longer want to work for.

I have kicked non paying d bag customers out the club myself after they have sexually assaulted me FOR FREE. You see, guys are so cheap and rapey out here in LA that even after they have stuck their fingers down your ass crack and grabbed your pussy will still refuse to tip you after you demand a tip and so entitled and arrogant that even after I have threatened to have them kicked out will still argue with me. Nope, that shit don’t fly with me and I will call the fucking cops on you.
I'm a fountain of blood in the shape of a girl.

I don't talk to cops but I do threaten customers with calling them if they try to pull shit.

People that come into strip clubs either 1. don't see us as humans and don't give a shit about what's been going on in the news/ don't believe women in the first place and probably think it's all lies (for the most part they aren't conscious of this behavior/ attitude). Or 2. really love women and enjoy paying us, and see us as people with jobs that are still worthy of respect despite the stigma, and enjoy doing so. There really is no middle ground. There has been no difference in who comes in, because people who go to strip clubs and spend money fall into one of these two categories 100% of the time, and what goes on in the news is not going to change that.

"I don't know about everyone else, but all these sexual harassment stories made me really want to grab some pussy and ass. It probably suck to be famous because one can no longer visit such ill-reputable establishments where girls are willing to let losers grab their pussy ,ass and titties.
    ....
The most was a young intoxicated latina who skillfully unzipped me and gave me a preview bbbj to entice me to visit the vip. I eventually did but with a white tiny 19 year old. Lets just say she got fully weinsteined and we both enjoyed it. Or maybe she did not but she got paid so fuck her, which I did."

taken from a recent tuscl review. felt like it belonged here..

Think about all the scum bag managers we've come across where our job is of a sexual nature. whats crossing the line? when the lines are so blurred-- I remember a manager telling me I had to give him a dance for the audition... ugh.. I know of more than a few that have abused their power and exploited these young women.. and I've seen managers be violent. Who cares if they are a druggie right? So fucked up.. I really have seen the ugly side of this business its left me rather jaded. I can't wait to get out.. I told myself 3 more years I am 32 now. dancing since I was 19

Men who use TUSCL are alllll like that, they are all disgusting misogynists. I wouldn't take anything on TUSCL seriously as it's 99% likely to be written by a man who hates women and likes to take it out on sex workers. I've never, ever met a man who "hobbies" and reviews sex workers and strip clubs who is not a complete and utter lost cause.

It's frustrating how guys think they are allowed to harass sex workers. One guy kept trying to suck my breasts no matter how hard I was trying to shove him back to stop him. It was a VIP and I ended it some 5 minutes earlier because of that.

Oh, my gosh. This posting is horrific. I started dancing in 1991, part of the first Scores crew here in New York, and it was so different back then, and all the way until I retired in 2004. I'm thinking to return to the industry in the spring, and when I read some of the postings on this website it just horrifies me. I give you women a lot of credit for dealing with all of this. I don't know if I have the fortitude to put up with what I hear you ladies do put up with when I read all your postings.
