Default How to deal with dancers who are on drugs and violent

Deleted because I was accused of lying. I came on this site for support not for drama. Thank you to all of the ladies who actually understand and who realize that "lying" on this site would be a waste of time for the poster.

I thought this site would be useful considering women should empower others but if I'm going to be ridiculed than I might as well do things on my own.

    Thank you to everyone else.

You don't deal with them.Stay as far as you can from her and focus on making your money.Pretend as if she doesn't exist.

I will try my hardest. Thank you.
I noticed her giving me dirty looks all night but hopefully she won't remember any of it. She kept begging her customer to buy more drinks all night.

Don't even give her the time of day. I'm naturally a nurturing and really nice person but when it comes to work and strung out dancers you truly just can't pay attention to them. Stay successful; get to work, get on the floor and go home once the shift is done

You seem to have issues or problems with everyone who works there in one way or another. Which at that point, you need to rethink if working in strip clubs really is the future for you OR you need to tough in up instead of running here for every single little thing that goes wrong.

Considering every normal company does drug testing & the rehab industry is a booming business. There are people on drugs at every job. You are going to have to learn how to navigate around them.

This is why minding your own business & concentrating on your job is important, cuts down on the drama. Unless you are a drama queen easily upset & shocked by everything, you need to chill out. It is just a job.

And it is your job to help her get customers to buy her drinks. If you think she is too drunk then tell management & let them deal with it. Strippers & waitresses often work together to get customers to run higher tabs. A drink means her sitting there a bit longer & being able to talk him into buying a dance too. She is hustling & you are messing up her hustle. Which means you were fucking with her money.

You do that too many times & management may think twice about you. Drinks are mostly profit for them.

why did she come up to you and start talking shit? sounds like somethings missing from the story. just keep to yourself and don't talk to anyone unless you have to. that's what i do and i've never once had an issue even though i've worked with some seriously crazy and cracked out people.

if a bitch is batshit crazy to the point of risking her job to assault random strangers for no reason whatsoever.. then there's not much you can do besides be polite and stay out of her way and just wait for her to get herself fired which usually doesn't take long with those types

I avoid them because my money is more important than a dumb worthless bitch. I also like to kill them with kindness, it gets under their skin but what can they do about it?

When they become unavoidable and I feel like I might have to beat their ass, I inform my manager of the girl's behavior so that if we do end up fighting they know I didn't initiate it. I'm pretty good at avoiding work fights, though. I stay focused on my money and can smile in a bitch's face when she's trying to push my buttons and act as poised and elegant as the damn Queen of England. It pisses them off more to see you smiling and flipping your hair as you walk past them to the VIP with a customer.

But of course, if they get physical, defend yourself; your face and body are a part of your job.

What another dancer is doing with her body is none of my damn business. Dancers have been doing drugs at work since time immemorial. Mind your business and let them do themselves in. Nobody likes Sally Snitches.

So is most of the waitresses, managers & customers.

Most of them are on one called Alcohol............... lol then there is zanax and all kinds of pills. Whatever it takes to get through the day for some to deal. Which is why we should not judge & be more understanding.

The OP made an accused someone who is not on this site to defend themselves & we are only hearing one side of the story. She has also a problem with one of the older waitresses & the DJ, now a dancer. She is new & inexperienced.

New to dealing with people at a job & conflict resolution. Wish her lots of luck but realize she has lots of life lessons to learn the hard way.

The customer was on tab with another waitress. I didn't serve them at all thar night. She was belligerent and drunk. She got mad at me because I told her customer not to record me on his camera.

This is an issue for management and it seems you keep adding more to the story. Which makes it less believable to me.

THE REASON I didn't post the whole story is because I was worried she or someone she knew would know it is me. I am on here for support. I don't know any of you and have no reason to lie. I come on here for advice not to be called a liar.

I already told management. I am new to the business and what would it benefit me to make up stories?

i find this somewhat believable because a few weeks ago i saw a CRAZY fight that started simply because me and the DJ asked some female customers to stop filming. they were drunk and screamed at me then wanted to fight all of the staff.... then they turned on each other? and started fighting each other? lol. drunk people don't like being told what to do and can be crazy. just stay away.

(i really wanted to come up and start recording them fighting each other just to see how they liked it but didn't feel like getting punched in the face. retaliation is not worth it just remember that)

I'm far from a drama queen. I thought this site would help me with some skills to cope. I don't mind or even care if anyone is on drugs and I DO NOT CARE what they do with their lives. How do I have issues and problems with everyone? Just because I came on here asking what I should do about a waitress? Sorry if I come on here asking advice it will be the last.

Honestly try to avoid going to management as much as you can. They hate it.They don't want to deal with drama.Just learn to ignore.Sit by yourself and focus on clients.Dont talk to the girls but be nice if hey talk to you.I used to go to management and complain big mistake. Always ask yourself if it's detrimental and do you have have to complain to management?
