Default working in a dead club, want to move but what about my regulars?

I've been working in the same club for a while now, the management is horrible, they never listen to when I can/can't work and have me scheduled to work while they've also approved of me going on a short holiday. I don't think they listen to me at all. The security is even worse, they are a tiny 18 year old who can't kick a customer out! I've seen girls having to kick customers out because security is that bad. I'm planning on moving after my holiday but I'm worried, I have built up a pretty good relationship with some regulars and would like them to follow me to my new club, but I'm worried they won't like the new club as they've been coming in for a while now. I'd like some advice. Also the club is dead and we never had customers coming in, a lot of the girls are just happy if they get one dance!

Trust me, they will follow you. My old club closed suddenly & most girls took their regulars elsewhere - they all followed loyally.

A guy is coming to see YOU, not for the cheap drinks or the decor.

Is the new club in your city or are you talking about relocating completely?
Your regulars will follow you. This club you are describing sounds undesirable even to the customers.

I have no experience with keeping customers so I don't know how that works and how "dedicated" they are and if they'll go with you. Is the club you're thinking about working at close or will they have to go out of their way?? It ifs close I don't see why they wouldn't go see you. And you never know maybe you will do so much better at the new club that you end up with more money even without those regulars.

In my experience, some will follow you, and some won't. But if I were you, I'd find a better work situation. The energy at your club sounds very negative and I think the best thing you can do for yourself is to put yourself in a more positive environment and tell your regs how new club is sooooo much more fun and how you'd love for them to join you there . And if you lose a few, don't worry. You'll find new regs at your new club.

I need to take my own advice LOL

Yea you should definetly find a new club. And before you leave tell all your regulars where you'll be going and hopefully they follow you. One dance sounds ridiculous. I would just do some research and pick a busier club.

It'd only be 5 minutes away by car so it's relatively close, but it's more club like than the place I work at now, where I work now it's more of a quiet place with less people.

You're the entertainment! You can work anywhere and put on your show. I'm an anxious person and I understand fear of change but I've also literally never worked at a new club and not been appreciated by the customers and managers, so where's the harm in trying? If you're hot you'll do well.
