There are fat pads underneath your skin. There are different fat pads in different areas and that is why when you get filler they inject into different layers and angles(look up a picture showing fat pads in a 40 year old compared to a 21 yr old). As you get older, they get smaller. This is why we get filler. Hyaluronic acid is another naturally occuring substance that your body produces that keeps your skin plump and youthful. It's responsible for keeping skin plump, fine lines filled, and skin youthful and glowing. As you get older you produce less. The fat pads at my cheekbones have gotten flatter and so I got Voluma(hyaluronic acid) injected a few years ago.... Try it. Also drink plenty of water and start taking preventative steps.... It's just apart of aging.

Well turns out I was poling a bit too much. Needed to back off on the intense exercise.

Got the flu and then got busy with life. Stopped poling 2-3 times a week. Ate lots. Some body fat returned to my face but I am not as ripped elsewhere Oh well...
