Default Dancing after having a baby

Recently, I gave birth to a beatiful baby boy. My daughter is 7 and he is my second child. I have been out of work for one year because as soon as I found out I was pregnant I stopped dancing and haven’t been back. I am so curious to know how it is to return to the club after being out for some time. Is there an upside to taking a break? I’m kind of sad to leave my son but we definitely need the money! With that being said I’m only about 3 months post partum and haven’t been extremely active. Will I get back into the swing of things? I would love to hear from any dancing mommies that have returned to work!

I took 10 months off after having my baby , just got back and the break was great! I came back refreshed and hungry for money and energized. I did get really fit before returning so that helped my confidence tremendously obviously, but breastfeeding helped a lot.
    Congrats on the baby

I just gave birth to a baby girl in December via c-section and will be going back to work in March. Although going back is tough (your body is different, you're tired, etc.), going back will be super helpful. Idk about you, but I find it hard sometimes to get my workout in at home because my daughter needs my attention and I want a nap when she's asleep. Going to work guarantees you will be working out to get back to stripper shape. Also, I am going to be focusing more on the mental-pick-up aspect of stripping while I'm getting back in shape. Use this time to remake yourself and work on your hustle. You've been gone long enough you can re-brand yourself a bit. That's what I intend to do (i've always been the dorky girl-next door...going for more seductive girl-next door). I hope this is helpful and that you enjoy being back at the hustle. Congrats on your baby!

Although it's phisically hard to work with a baby/toddler, but it will make you to be more motivated and organized. Congrats!
