It says 160.00 at Walmart when I searched. These things need repairs and maintenance all the time though, I agree with just going to the gym..I pay 10 bucks a month for a whole lot of machines and weight options and they repair it themselves

I agree with her...we sold a workout machine because honestly it wasn't ideal for our total needs. Gym membership worked better for that.
If you have fitness needs that focus on a lot of cardio, home machines can work. Other than that, a gym works better.

It does say a price, you just need a magnifying glass to read it.

Often, you can buy these exercise machines barely used (like maybe 1-10 times) on craigslist for a fraction of their price. People buy on impulse kidding themselves about actually starting to workout on a regular basis and losing 50 pounds. But,... they only use it a few times. I bought a Total Gym 1100 for like $50 (retails for $200) and it was virtually brand new. I highly recommend any of the Total Gym machines, if you can find them barely used for a fraction of their retail price:

(These sites showcase their upper-end products, but, Wal-Mart, Target and Amazon carry cheaper (but, good quality) versions, like the Total Gym 1100 and 1400.)

My friend used to have a cross trainer in her spare room which I would use when I used to stay there for my work trips. I suppose if you don't want to be in a gym they are good but make sure you get a good warranty. I live in apartments so just use the gym. maybe if I had a house I would get 1 because I prefer working out at home.

there is 1 on tv that looks good called Nordic trainer. It has Jillian Michaels on commercial and I like her home workouts.
