Default Releasing xpole from ceiling/loosening help

Hope this is the right section. First off, I have searched and searched through YouTube (no results) and pole forums and nothing is helping. They’re using all these terms that I don’t know and I just need someone in plain English to tell me how to take this pole down. I just need to release the suction from the ceiling and I’ll be good. I’m transferring it not taking it apart, thank you!!

You need an allen wrench for the xpoles! But there are certain sizes, too. PM if you want to borrow mine or need help.

You need make to unscrew the screws second up from the bottom until they're almost out (whilst the pole is on static mode) and then rotate it left until it comes down from the ceiling.
