Ok wtf talk about a confidence killer!!
I have been dancing on and off for years, have a great body with smaller but almost medium boobs, one tattoo, and have lots of pole tricks, and can hustle; my last shift at another place I made over $800...
So anyway, I always liked Sassy's as a customer and wanted to audition since they are very stage-heavy and very low-mileage lap dances.
I got all dolled up, put on my fav money maker outfit. Flirted with customers who came to my rack and was tipped on stage; customers left the other dancer's stage to come see me. I busted out some awesome pole moves. I am no-drama and very sweet and approachable, so I don't think personality was the issue.
I didn't get hired. Whyyy??
The only thing I can think of is, when writing down my availability, I had very limited days and times since I work full time elsewhere. Maybe they want someone who can do a minimum of 3 shifts a week and lots of days and mid-shifts?
Should I call and ask?
Anyone dance there and know what it takes to get hired?
Thank you. I'm bummed. Been wanting to work there for 2 years now...
I think I will try again in a month or so.
