    Default Stealing club regulars?

OK... so the politics at my current club are awful. SO much shady stuff going on with cocktail waitresses being in competition with dancers and just all kinds of crap. So... I am going over to another club until things improve, but maybe permanently.. the main thing going for my current club is they have 3-5 great club regulars (that always pick me and I've known them for off 4+ yrs), meaning these guys come in and only do suites with certain girls but spend a lot of money.
These regulars don't come in a ton, maybe every few months or so...but if I am changing clubs, I really really want them to become MY regulars, or at least go over to the other club I am at. I have 2 of their phone numbers but they aren't stupid and know what a strip club is so I can't manipulate them really, like they hardly text anyone back and are super unreliable.

The thing is is they only go to my current club because of drugs (potential to get them), and years of HABIT. SO..... have any other ladies stole club regulars before?? and had them establish a new club as a new habit to go to???

I am really determined to make this happen I just don't know what to do...

Is this in NYC? Or elsewhere?

I'm glad to hear that you are not the only one who's strip club customers do not follow through on promises to call. I thought I was some sort of a joke, bc the guys would insist that I take down their number or vice versa but rarely do any of them actually follow through with calls or meeting me in whichever club I'm at.

The reason I ask about your location is that I believe nyc is unique in that the club staff are almost incestuous with their customers, more so than the dancers. In that sort of an environment, I'd be afraid of the club management finding out that I was taking money out of the club.

I have tried to steal regulars before, but that didn't work out too well at one particular place. I'm actually ashamed of that bc at this particular place, the staff were absolutely vicious to you if they found out, so much so that I would not put it past them to report you to the cops (whom they were in bed with aka corruption) for solicitation, tax evasion or whatever the 'f' they wanna make up about you. Otherwise, I had some spotty success with a number of guys that I can count on one of my hands and I've been dancing for five years now.

If you were to try this, I would not think of it as 'stealing'. You are an independent contractor, just like a hairdresser. If the customers want to follow you for your entertainment, as a barber's clients would wanna follow their hairdresser for the haircuts, it is up to them. Some girls have a loyal following, though I've never been able to develop it in the clubs. I wish you luck!

If it's in nyc, can you pm me what club it is?

Text them. Be like, "Yeah baby I got my little sister into stripping! You should come meet her!" Then have a dancer friend pose as "little sister."

Honestly customers freely go from club to club. The nightclub doesn't own the customers.

As for the old club getting revenge on you...well, in this life, "It's not what you know, it's what you can prove."

This isn't in NYC. I literally danced in NYC for less than 2 weeks when I made my username on here so I have no idea how to change it. Anyhow, this is in the midwest somewhere and they won't notice nor do I care if the other club knows or cares, these are VIP's that only come in once every few months if that.. they aren't "strip club guys" that pop around to other clubs they only really go to this one, at least that I know of and I know all the main hustlers in town. They are like guys that come in when they are having issues with their wives and they spend so much money theres no way its a regular thing for them. BUT they can add a good 20-40k extra to my yearly income SO they are valuable to me.

Anyhow, and yes most guys that say they will do something in the club are full of shit tho.

    Still working on this...

Try to hook them up with a special deal. Tell your manager that you have a big spender and what can they offer him? Can you get a free bottle if he does an hour room? Will they comp him entry fee, dinner, anything?

Guys are free to go wherever they want to. There's no rules saying they can't. Just let your regulars know which club you're going to and if they want to see you, they'll show up. I don't see anything wrong with that. Some clubs get ridiculous with the "don't steal our customers" crap. I've had one in the Midwest fire me before because they said I was "stealing their customers". Can't stop custies from wanting to see their favorite(s), even if they go to a different club.

Just be careful. This can get you blackballed from some clubs. I just give a non-committal "My schedule is posted online"

How about being neutral with staff and management, having a pair-outing at the club while he's able to spend there?

I would call them up, fuck the club-get you’re money. If the club wants them back you can use that as leverage to get a deal on house fees/schedule to get u to come back with them (if you have that much leverage with the customers). I have threatened my club to take my good regulars (very loyal to only me kinda regular, though) with me to another club if they don’t do something about a girl that is giving me trouble. It’s kinda hard not to fire a girl who makes maybe half of what I make and she’s causing the trouble.
