Does anyone else have this issue? I had this issue since I started dancing in October, but then I actually injured my tailbone sometime in February and now it hurts more.
Was my tailbone already bad to begin with? I don't know what is normal with twerking one cheek at a time.
When I flex the muscle it makes my tailbone hurt. If I just make it shake without using muscles then it's fine. Also that "booty clap" move or whatever it is called that every stripper knows doesn't cause any pain either.
