Default PU vs PVC boots for pole work

Hey i've scoured the forums, and the greater internet, for information but I cant seem to find a lot on this topic. I've read mixed reviews about polyutherane (PU) boots for pole work. Some people say they're slippery on the pole. Other sources say they help with grip just like vinyl boots do. Does anybody have any first hand information?? I prefer the matte look so I want to get a pair of PU boots, but only if they are grippy on the pole! Thanks!!!!

They grip the pole. I have a pair of white matte pleaser boots.

I found it a more "natural" grip (similar to skin level) and less of a "peel and stick" than pvc though, so if you're looking for that level of grip, no, they don't have it, but they definitely aren't slippery.
