Default How soon after implants did you return to work?

Hey all-- I'm getting breast implants soon (so excited!!) and was wondering how soon you all went back to work after implants. I don't do pole work at all and my doctor says I should be good for floor work and light cardio at 6 weeks but I just wanted to get some firsthand accounts about it all. Thanks!

I was cleared to go back to work after 4 weeks. Before that I had to wear my surgical bra 24/7 so I couldn’t but I felt like I would have had no problem. When I went back, I felt very protective of my boobs and would tell customers that I just did them and they couldn’t touch. This worked pretty well. Now I’m 7 weeks in and things are going good. My only issue is that the silicone strips for my scars don’t stay on when I’m at work.

I have 415 CCs, through the crease and over the muscle, which sped up my recovery period.

i think i went back after about 3 or 4 weeks. the only issue i had was that they were still kinda up high and tight and shiny. it was about another month until they looked really good and normal.

working didn't cause any problems physically though and i still did some light pole work, basic spins and stuff, nothing crazy but i was still able to dance just fine

3 weeks but don't recommend it unless cleared by your surgeon.

Get cleared by your surgeon but plan on taking about a month off. My boobs were very high and shiny for about a month and a half. Just tell customers that your girls are new and sensitive, and tell them not to touch them.

Are you going with under the muscle or over the muscle? I have under the muscle, crease incision. Wait to see what your surgeon says. I was able to go back at 4 weeks. I thought I was going to be a bad ass and go back to work at 3 weeks post op but I couldn't do it. I waited until 4 weeks because that was when my surgeon allowed me to wear something other than those ugly surgical bra's. If you can take 6 weeks off, go for it! My boobs were high up and far apart at first but they've since settled. As far as soreness and sensitivity goes, they might be sore and sensitive for a while. I have hypersensitivity in my nipples since having my surgery and still hate having my nipples touched. Not everyone's experience is the same though so I guess you'll find out.

I’d say at the earliest after 4-5 weeks. When I had my first ba, I danced again after 5 weeks, but it will of course depend on your type of implant surgery.
However, don’t expect to be fully recovered at 5-6 weeks, you’ll definitely be restricted in what you can do.

To relate, now I am a Figue, Fitness and Bikini coach, and my clients typically returns after ba to gradually resume their usual work out routine after 6-8 weeks.
