    Thumbs down Gallbladder issues

I'm embarrassed to admit it but looks like I have some gallstones.

    Any food recommendations? Herbal treatments?

Why are you embarrased to admit? Girl, anyone can have that
MY advice would be to go straight to a doctor and get some investigations, because is not something to ask for internet advice.
My mom had something like this and she ended up in hospital, because she was looking for treatments on internet.
I wish you best of health!!!

Ouch! Definitely get to a doctor. My mom had those a couple times before and had to have procedures to remove them. :-/ Definitely avoid coffee, alcohol, greasy foods, foods high in fat/cholesterol, and spicy foods as they will make your problem worse. Drink some peppermint tea and lots of water. On Monday when your doctor's office opens make an appointment asap. I'm not sure but I don't think that gallstones can just go away on their own. You need treatment.

Yeah it's bad. I can admit my love of high fat food is probably the issue here.

    You probably need a gastroenterologist.
Sorry I'm not much help, I know my mom saw one for pancreatic issues.
Good luck & feel better soon, no, don't be embarrassed!

Milk Thistle is amazing for improving liver function...it can repair/reverse damage and helps stimulate cell regeneration. In my experience it really works.
As for gallstones though there could be complications as mentioned in the article I've linked.
