So anybody knowledgeable about exercise/weight training? Calling all gym rats.
as I was getting my cheek filler injections today I asked my dr what else I could do to increase sculptra effectiveness , and she was like stop doing so much heavy cardio and gain a little weight, your BMI is way too low for facial fullness, and you're 30 now. And that stuff like running or anything high impact makes your face sag. And yeah she's right, my bete noire is thin face. but I have a super thin hard body look right now, visible abs, all that, and I'm kinda scared of gaining too much weight or getting heavier again.i do twenty min of hardcore cardio everyday (like pouring sweat HIIT cardio) and then some weight training a few times a week.but now I need to cut out all the cardio?? How much cardio should I do ?
I've attached pics of my goal I guess, I don't wanna gain more than what's pictured..so weight training and minimal cardio?
I wanna stay firm , but actually gain weight
