Default Southwest jet landed by female pilot

Thought this was interesting, former fighter pilot for the navy

She recalled attending a lecture on aviation during her senior year of high school, in 1979. A retired colonel started the class by asking Shults, the only girl in attendance, “if I was lost.”
“I mustered up the courage to assure him I was not and that I was interested in flying,” she wrote. “He allowed me to stay but assured me there were no professional women pilots.”

See...I had something like this happen to me (my first "real" job was in a male dominated field.)

You all wonder why women stress so much over success. It's hard when people act like you shouldn't even be trying.

She is a true hero and a very good pilot. It demonstrates that gender is no barrier there. Hugs to her.

I love it when women are noticed for their abilities, talents.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.
