    Duh Approach Anxiety HELP!!!!

Ive been in the game since I was 18 and I'm 29 now. I quit dancing for about six years and now I started again....for some reason I cant seem to be as confident as I used to be. I know this sounds nuts but i cant seem to get over the anxiety of approaching customers. I work in a marine corps town now and I think I'm seriously intimidated by all these young marines. Ive never had a problem like this before and i think it might also have something to do with me putting on 20lbs since I quit dancing. Quitting isn't an option for me, but i really need some advice on how to deal with this crap!!

OK honestly 2 things here- 1) Marines love women (I was with a retired Marine for years. In short they put women on a pedestal, even "whores") 2) get fit because the average Marine holds fitness in high standard.

So you can fix the weight thing pretty fast. Other than that don't sweat approaching them, they love attention.

Detachment. There’s videos by Tony Robbins on YouTube that I like to watch.

oh god yes marines are the fricking best customers. they're so respectful and always have an abundance of cash. plus they're hot lol.

I can relate to feeling a bit self conscious about gaining weight. for the past couple years around wintertime I start getting kinda squishy and it can mess with my money if I think about it too much but honestly it's all in your head and you can make just as much money as anyone else. I've known several girls who killed it even when they were slightly overweight. I just try to avoid eating foods that make me bloated and wear slimming outfits (corsets, dark colored gowns) and add some fabulous jewelry. some bling can make all the difference especially around the neck. good luck <3
