The newly available data encompasses payroll years 2014 through February 23 of this year, payroll which adds up to $32.5 million.
There are 142 full time employees in Troop F, which polices Boston Logan International Airport and other parts of the city.
The average member of Troop F received $183,935 in 2017.
More than 50 employees received more than $200,000 in pay.
Thomas Coffey, a detective lieutenant, topped the list. Coffey received $351,773 in total pay in 2017, including 137,091 in overtime.
Neil Calnan, a sergeant with the state police also received more than $300,000 in 2017. He received $157,281 in overtime - more than $23,000 above his annual salary.
Michael Fiore, another state police sergeant, received the most overtime pay in Troop F last year. He received just under $300,000 in total pay, thanks in large part to receiving $164,607 in overtime pay. Fiore is listed as having an annual salary of $134,132.
