    Default Audition anxiety

I'm a new dancer never been to audition don't know what to expect. I also am not the best walker in heels...also not the best dancer. I've been taking pole classes so I can at least do a few moves on the pole during the audition but I'm nervous about floor work and sexy dance moves. Any advice is appreciated

Depending on where you audition, they might not make you go on stage. Some places just do a body check. I've been hired in street clothes before. Even if they put you on stage, don't sweat it. You don't have to have much dancing ability most places. A couple pole classes should be more than enough to prepare you. Keep walking in your heels at home. Vacuum the floor wearing them. When it comes to dancing, do everything sloooooow and point your toes.
