Default should I give dancing a try?

I am a little older. In my early to mid 20's. I used to work for sapphire strip club in between two jobs. For background information. I quit my original job at a call center back in 2016 then worked a temp position at Kohl's and then was looking into becoming a donor for money. But by March I got a position where I promoted for sapphire strip club. For anout 2 months. I never really thought about it before then.thats when I actually considered it because I had some of those I worked for suggest it. And also potential customers too. My thing is I don't really know how to do all that stuff with the pole or how to dance really. Plus I am older. I'm also a natural blonde but my hair is dyed black. Not sure if I should dye it back or not? I'm mixed raced north African/European/black mix. I am also not as skinny at least I don't think I am. I look small in clothing because I'm short. I'm like 122 lbs and 5'2". I'm a 36B-29-38 just measured. I'm generally average I'd say. I haven't had any kids so I don't have any faults either though in my body. My boobs and butt are perky. My boobs aren't that big they're not extremely small either though. My butt is a decent size but my waist is very average. I dealt in a lot customer service but I'm also familiar with strip clubs would it be a good idea to get maybe classes in pole dancing and then start dancing? Do they ever have flexible hours? Maybe on Saturday and Friday or something?

If you want to give it a shot, try it. The only way you'll know if it's a good fit for you is to just do it.

I wouldn't bother with pole dancing classes, they're a waste of money for the vast majority of clubs.

Some clubs are super flexible (work a shift, not show up for weeks) some clubs are somewhat flexible (work x shifts in a week, you pick your shifts) and some clubs have set schedules. So it really depends.

    ^^^ Yes!

Pole dancing classes are great if it's something you enjoy doing, but in many clubs you don't rely on pole tricks for income.

Give it a try! Also, don't feel discouraged if one club rejects you - there are tons to choose from!

I'm going to be 40 in July, I know two pole tricks that aren't impressive and can't dance for shit anywhere but at work.

You'll be fine, if you decide to try it. Your customer service skills are worth more than pole tricks, for succeeding as a dancer.

122 lbs at your height is a healthy weight, dancers come in different sizes. If the first club you try says no, just audition at another. If it is an issue with your area (clubs have unrealistic body preferences) focus on toning up a bit, but you don't need to lose any actual weight.

If you don't drink or eat McDonald's every night after work you will tone up from dancing. But most girls supplement this with going to the gym a bit. If you're self conscious about your waist you can always wear a one piece or corset. Dancing + cardio should help. I'm 5"2 - 36-26-38 - and I was more like 29-30 inch waist when I started dancing. Just wore a corset til the weight came off...

I just started dancing a little less than a month ago and I’ll be 30 next month. One of the best decisions I ever made and wish I did it a couple years sooner. I’m not overweight but definitely not toned so I have just been rocking one pieces and trying to get my ass to yoga more and eating right. I can’t do any pole tricks whatsoever, I just move slooow and sexy to the music. Wath what other girls do and pick up a couple of easy things.Feel confident in yourself. Smile and make eye contact and act like you’re having a great time. Honestly I spend most of my stage set just chatting guys up and slowly taking off my clothes/running my hands across my body/laughing and joking and having fun. You won’t know if you like it til you try! Give it a shot and see. I loved going to clubs before I started so that helped too so I just visited a bunch until I found one I wanted to work at.
