Eat healthy
I know this is obvious, but no soda or salty foods! This stuff makes you bloat like crazy.





Restrict your calorie intake. Cut out dairy, alcohol, soda, and limit sugar. Drink coffee or tea instead.

No carbs, crunches, and wear a waist cincher all day.





Jumping rope is great for cardio and burning calories.





Quit dairy and do a detox. I did that a few years ago and saw definition without doing exercise. I bloat when I dairy cheat, eat sodium, and drink lots/certain alcohol. Also, red meat is bloating.

I do planks, leg lifts and Russian twists. My pooch is still there, unfortunately but it's gotten better.

No meat, no dairy, restrict calories. Exercise isn't necessary, it doesn't do as much for weight as eating right will, but if you want to, go for it, it's very good for you. It's so easy to tone up in 2 weeks you just have to have discipline.




Probiotics and fermented stuff, lots of water and fiber ..balancing gut bacteria and your microbiome and clearing your digestion out is massively helpful.
I do weighted twists, crunches, pulls, etc that target every different direction at the gym , bicycles, heel touches, leg raises where you support your upper body with arms and pull legs up and hold..but the real only way you'll see definition is having a low body fat percentage

Cardio isn't the way, at least not for me and most people. Get enough rest. SLEEP. Fuck the cardio. Seriously. I did 2 hours a day that was not how I got my abs. Abs are made in the kitchen. If you need to workout do weights or calisthenics. Limit the dairy, fermented SHIT and carbs. Any bread or wheat/gluten filled food will make your body inflamed and bloated.
I agree with fuck the cardio. Seriously my secret is NO GLUTEN!!!!! Very few grains, grains even corn and rice make me bloat. High fat, good fats like avocado and coconut oil. Plenty of protein, fergodsakes no need to quit meat unless you know it makes YOU bloated which is pretty rare. Crunches are great but you need to focus on helping them show, they are probably already hiding under there![]()

Eating low carb and walking 30-60 minutes a day works best for me to reduce belly fat. When I eat too many carbs and sugary and salty foods-i.e. pizza, chips and salsa, french fries, cookies, ice cream, I look like I'm pregnant. Diet is the most important thing. You can do 1000 crunches a day and exercise all day long, but it won't help at all if you eat like crap.
