    Default 3rd Floor X-Pole

I just bought a 45mm Chrome X-Pole and I live on the 3rd Floor. I saw so many reviews saying it would be a little more slippery when you get it and I saw responses on how to change that. My question is what can I use to muffle the sounds through the floor? I try practicing lightly but sometimes my landings aren't controlled. The floors don't prevent sound because sometimes my neighbors blare 2000's R&B. I would have reported them when I first moved in but I absolutely love 2000's R&B.
