Default weighted hula-hoop to slim waist

I’ve been using a weighted hula hoop lately and for the first time in my life my waist has indents on the sides! I’ve never been fat or even had a belly really but I’m naturally more box-shaped so this is big news for me lol. To be fair I combined this with switching white breads for whole grains and avoiding too many sugary foods. Just wanted to share this fun workout with others because I love it and the workout flies by for me unlike when I use a treadmill or something. It burns a lot of calories too from what I’ve read.

I will warn you though, it can and will leave bruises the first week or so you use it. I got mine off amazon for about $30. If you hate working out at gyms like me you may want to give it a try!

How long do you work out with it and how many times do you do it a week?

Oh I just wanted to mention that a weighted hula hoop is a nice exercise to do in front of the TV and it is low impact. So if you have issues with some kind of joint pain or similar, this is an excellent form of exercise besides swimming. I think it also builds up your obliques, but I could be wrong. I am not very good with anatomy lmfao.

Anywhere between 30 mins to an hour at least 4 times per week. Depends how much time I have

I'm going to try that. I have a more boxy shape too. I want an hourglass shape so bad.

would love to hear about whatever results!
i started hooping awhile ago too

also hoopdancing has always seemed to elegant and sexy to me, it requires a different type of hoop entirely but i'm sure it'd be valuable if you were able to pick up some skills~

I’m so going to do this! I had a baby three months ago and am waiting for my veneers to be made before I go back to work so I’ve been trying to tighten up but get so frustrated with the thought of going to the gym or traditional work outs. I’ve been using bio hot cream to help me with stretch marks and my skin but this might help me finally lose the lower belly area that is so stubborn.
