Default Approaching white and Spanish customers?

My club mostly has a lot of White Russian men and Spanish man has customers and has a black girl it’s kinda intimidating. it’s rare that you would get a black guys come in the club a lot of the dancers are also white Russian girls so I think that’s what they like. how do you go up to the white men and Spanish men in the club and approach them without feeling scared? I feel like if I walk up to them they were just reject me right away

you have to get rid of the mentality that "that's what they want" you don't know that. hell, they don't even know that lol. There really is no technique to walk up to people who make you uncomfortable. What works for me is just forcing myself to do it and it gets easier over time. Trust me I use to over think to the point I wouldn't even approach a large amount of the customers. We are always going to receive a no throughout the shift so just take it as another "he doesn't want a dance, he doesn't have any $$$$" instead of "he doesn't like me because I'm black" even if that is the reason who cares we are amazing and fucking beautiful whoever fails to see that is missing out. We're just here to break pockets anyways. Personal opinions don't matter.

This sounds like a typical club in NYC.

Honestly, I was in the same exact boat as you, hun. I’m black and dark skin as well and honestly I approached anyone who doesn’t come across as intimidating and if they’re not interested, then I’m on to the next one. Simple! This is like a game of fish. If one isn’t baited, then go into the next. I approached guys who seemed to be not interested in anyone and I ended up getting dances from them. You never know, love. I know nyc clubs and their customer demographics can be a pain (especially with their colorism and anti blackness) but always try to remember you’re there to make your money and you’re there to finesse!
