    Default All the money loss?

    Hello Everyone!

    I dont pass through my best moments, first choice cancelled the cards, and all my money is there.
    They just say I have to contact choice bank because choice bank have the money but I read bad news about choice bank, I contact them a lot of times with no answer, this is really to despair.

    I don’t know what to do 😰😰😰😰
    i worked in a site that I just can get pay trough Payoneer and after Payoneer is first choice I should have taken the money out of the card.If anyone have the same problem or know any thing please let me know!

    I'm sorry you're having a rough time. Mind if I ask what site you're working? Most have more than one payout method.

    Its likely you'll never be able tp get this money now? As this happened about 2 months ago, and i think there was a window period to release the funds? All other funds get released back to the camsite, so you'd then need to re-cash out using a different means like paxum. What cam site is still using FCP? as most have gotten rid of them now because of all the issues.

    They Just send one email end of July that I have some days for take out the money from the card but I didn’t saw this email because was in spam and they don’t make sure I see!
    They just told me I have to contact choice bank and they will send me the money but this is not true because they don’t answer I think this is a scam very big scam...

    Pretty sure they aren't paying out anymore, sot he money will just get returned. Have you spoken to the cam site you work for?

    The cam site don’t know nothing, first choice don’t accept payments anymore and all the cards are cancelled.The money I have in my card is from last years camming..
    Imposible to contact choice bank and they are in Belize...

    They sent out notice to pull all money from the card accounts. If your money was residing in a card account, you'll need to hunt down the card issuer and see if you can recover it that way. That money did not rest with the websites, nor was it refunded to anyone.

    If your money is residing in a Choice Bank account (a very few models have it this way, and all business accounts are this way), then you're stuck waiting while the liquidator decides your fate. Even though this was a problem created by a cavalier attitude towards money laundering and tax dodging on behalf of FirstChoice, the Belize government is treating it as a moral issue related to those dirty people working in the adult industry so they're taking their merry time.

    There is a slim possibility that the card money may find its way back to FirstChoice Bank, but given the bank is no longer open for business, that money could be in limbo for a very long time.

    First choice don’t help me nothing they just. Say I should contact the bank and they can’t do nothing.

    So if I wait for he liquidity (even if they don’t answer) maybe they don’t want give me nothing because is very bad signal that they don’t answer me.... I should cut my veins?
    This is what a lawyer say me is the same to you about liquidity :

    Due to the amount of funds you have the court process could be costly without having a set amount.

    Waiting for the liquidation process to be completed is that at the end of the exercise of liquidating you do not know what amounts the bank will have and how the liquidator will decide to share the amounts between the consumers and which ones takes priority.

    The bank had CDs set to expire over the coming months, that was the cause of the liquidity crunch. They kept about 28% cash on hand and the rest they left in CD's on a 6-month rotational basis. In theory, they should be all cash by August. This being Belize, they're operating on their own version of "island time" (if you're familiar with the Caribbean) - mix this with their moral arrogance and its a recipe for them taking their time. I'm not counting on us seeing our money before the end of the year and at this point and we're prepared just to do an write-down of the debt. Our business partners all seem to be at least caught up, but our personal savings is completely gone since covering for both the missing money and delays from some of our partners.

    Neither FirstChoice/Payoneer nor the Belize government are being 100% honest about anything related to this, and they keep releasing conflicting information. The truth is somewhere in the middle.

    They probably won't respond to the email, but at least its there so you'll be added to the mailing list for further instructions and information when it comes to that.

    Katy you have money there too? I’m ok if I have to wait some months but the problem is I don’t think I will recover it,if they don’t answer is because they are not trusty,I don’t know how to contact.

    About once or twice a decade we get a crazy event that wipes our savings back to zero, you get used to it after a while. The more you work on your income though, it gets easier and easier to recover.

    I didn’t do camming from almost 8 months,don’t work good anymore for me, so I don’t have work now,if I lose this money is like q worked 5 years for nothing...
