Default Tips on my screening method?

I recently started escorting and in my opinion, my screening is pretty light. All of my ads say that screening is required, but I still get tons of guys who don't reply back to my texts after I ask for the info. I usually send a text that says this:
"For screening, I'll need the following:
    Your full name
Phone number (in case they're using an app)
    E-mail address
    Occupation
    Age"
I send it early on in the texting process, so I'm not really wasting a lot of time, but it's more so annoying to have so many inquiries and so little men who are willing to send the info. Should I be going about this a different way? Is there some info I should/shouldn't ask for?

Not sure if this should be public in this environment, but some guys like to stay 'anonymous', so a reference from an established provider is accepted, likewise if they have an account with an established screening service, like P411. Many will be creeped out their real name think, especially if you are unknown.

What do you mean by sending it early in the texting conversations? My texting is strictly for booking only.
Personally I don't ask their occupation, or full name. You could ask for a reference from another independent provider instead. I'd also only ask their age if you're trying to screen out younger dudes.

You can set up an email too, since some guys feel more comfortable sending their info that way. Use the search function here in SW there's lots of screening infor out there already, but give yourself time to get some traction.

Also, if they aren't sending the info right away then I don't waste anymore time.

I would prefer to have references from ladies they've seen so I can have a clue as to who I'm dealing with. Just because Joe Dirt never got arrested doesn't mean he's not a bad guy..xo

Speaking with a client first then personally letting them know you check references should increase your call to booking ratio. When a client texts he's usually texting with 2 or 3 other people also.

Use verifyhim.com . That screening membership method was a complete godsend for me if they have no references. You can find out if others have reported him for his behavior from all the blacklist sites on that website. Plus it pulls up so much info on the guy that you can google to find their linkedin page to verify they are legit or any other info.

I am new to screening myself, so I am not going to judge your process, but I did want to comment on this bit:

I started advertising for myself a bit before Christmas 2018. I clearly stated that screening was required, but I kept getting "hey" texts. I thought, "Maybe my text is not clear enough." I rewrote and rearranged so many times before I realized that the "hey" folks did not need clearer instructions because they were not reading them in the first place.

Focus on the folks who read your profile/ad and assume that "hey" without even an attempt to provide the requested screening info are not your target base. I now block any number that sends more than one "hey" (harassment). One thing that helped me realize this is the simple fact that folks DO send me their screening info in their first text. My ad copy works.

(I just reread your post. I will leave my above reply because I think "hey" texts are an annoyance that many folks have while screening, but I lied because I do have a suggestion: Include your screening requirements IN your ad. If space is limited, you might say, "Send KEYWORD to NUMBER for screening," but I have no experience or data to tell if that would work out.

By the way, you posted this several months ago. How are things going? Any improvement with your call:book ratio?
