Lately I've been thinking about coming in a couple hours later than my usual shift. I feel like I tend to be more focused the less time I have in the night, if that makes sense.
Has anyone else tried this?

I wish I could try this. My club has six-hour minimum shifts, which feels wayyy too long. I definitely lose focus and start watching the clock.
I worked very long shifts, like 8pm to 5am or later.

However the fuck long I want them to be.

My club doesn’t care if you work 2 hours or 9 hours but I usually work between 4-6 hours.
My club has a 8 hour minimum, which is absolute torture and most of us end up hiding somewhere until we can leave

We have a 6 hour minimum, too many girls would leave if it were slow at 10pm, and then we'd get hit at 12:30 with some rando. bach. party and have no one. That's the case they make anyway.
I try to stick to 8 hours, any less makes the commute not feel worth it and I get burnt out with any longer.

8, I guess. I have to be there at 6PM, though I get on stage after 7:30. On the weekends, I tend to stay til 4 in the morning.
