Default Hurricane Florence and inland Carolinas

I’m currently in North Carolina about 3.5 hours away from the coast. My club is open all weekend despite the hurricane and is even throwing a hurricane party on the hardest hitting day. Honestly we have high chances of flooding and I’m certainly not working on Friday or Saturday in case power goes out or the roads flood before heading home. I just got back from out of town and I’m wondering if $$ has slowed down this week due to hurricane warnings or if there hasnt really been much difference? I’m considering working tonight since it’s still sunny and dry here for another day or two, but I have a feeling it might be extra slow. Who knows though....some people inland are acting like its no big deal at all whereas others are freaking out and even leaving town.

Everyone on the east coast stay safe!

Stay safe! Pleas let us know your okay. I have danced with tornado sirens going off. Money is hit in miss in severe weather. I mean the club didn’t make us work, but all you can do during a tornado is go into the bathroom and hold on to the toilet.

Thanks - I’m not too worried about safety, especially now that the hurricane has slightly changed directions. Flooding will probably be an issue but I don’t feel my life is in danger or anything as long as I stay indoors. I’m mainly just wondering if the days leading up to the main hit (tonight and tomorrow) are worth going in for. Dancing with tornado sirens sounds pretty intense! Just goes to show clubs will stay open during anything lol. Christmas, natural disasters, etc...
