Setting myself up for succes this time around instead of a crash
Made a mealplan yesterday for the ongoing future (I have a habbit of undereating, so I calculated my macronutrients at www.muscleforlife.com/macronutrient-calculator/ and been writing out a mealplan which is sufficient in protein, carbs and fat)...
I found out that figuring out a mealplan wasnt so hard as I thought it would be, AND that I can do this (ive been eating a bigger amount before, and using quark, kefir, and eggs, its totally doable; I am not a really big meat eater, will still have to fit some meat in to get to the proteins, but normal portions)
I have set my macronutrients at 35% protein (181g), 30% carbs (155g), and 36 fat (83g)
Will have to add some form of rice to my diet so that will be a experiment, since ity can trigger backpain for me. I am going to try out black sticky (glutenous) rice, white glutenous rice and wild rice and see how it goes
If anyone out there has ankylosing spondylitus (bechterew) and on a non starch diet yet tried out rice with good results, let me know please!
I realised today that next month is the new quarter (taxes), so I am planning to get my receipts done this week so it wont rob me from my worktime and my goal.
Ive just checked and it has been officially the worst quarter ever in my camminghistory, because I have barely been online the last 3 months Ive barely made any income. It is also probably the worst year income wise, for me, since this year has sucked healthwise
It motivates the shit out of me to get moving and still make this year my best camyear ever.
3 months to go, 3 months to hustle, 3 months to earn at highest potential
I do not care anymore if I will have less sleep, if my back will hurt, if I need to step up my eatinggame and workout game
All of the effort, all off that energy is still better than feeling the guild of slacking off and giving in to pain and sickness
I want to beat my habbit of giving into pain. Ive been following doctors and therapist orders, but now its time again to do it my way, bec their way is making me feel depressed.
Feels like all is coming together, bec I am getting more and more energy following my orthomoleculair therapist her treatment plan, and Ive only been consulted 2 times, so the future looks promising again
Going to do my workouts, and get into my mealplan, and workschedule, so I am all set up when the new month begins
