How often do you work out, if at all? Do you change your workout intensity based on whether or not you're working that night?
I go through periods of working out all the time or not at all, lol. Over the past several months I went from never working out to exercising nearly 5 times a week and honestly I don't think it made much difference in the way I look (I make sure to eat fairly healthy also). I definitely felt better but I don't feel I trimmed down or bulked up noticably (though maybe I just can't tell on myself). It's now been 5 days since I last worked out and I need to get my butt back to the gym, but since I don't think I really look different since before I started, I can't motivate myself to go in lol.
Anyways I'm curious how often other dancers work out. During periods where I've worked more than 4 days a week, I usually wouldn't work out at all since I'd always be tired from my shifts.
